4400 unbuffed HP in pvp gear for a warrior oO.

even tho AC is about my last thing i would ever look at when looking at PVP gear, and i saw you had a few leather pieces in your setup.

theres a fury warrior on alliance side on our server that is very well geared for duel weild fury (hes generally top 3 on all their raids easily) but he wears some mail and leather thus has a low AC and his health is around 4800. but in PVP he will generally get raped against well geared MS warriors because after a couple auto attacks and a MS he is at like half health :p disarm, demoshout, and thunderclap can be a bitch for dw fury

PS i dont know much about fury spec but i generally thought fury warriors ran around in more crit than MS warriors (ie more than 25 for example). just curious. altho obviously chance to hit is much more important for you so i guess thats what you focus on more

^ Good points there. The magic crit % for fury DW is around 33% (give or take a few), around there a DW fury can keep flurry up about 100% of the time. 25% is a bit on the low end, but to hit % is very very important for fury DW.

i use a 2 handed fury build, 25% crit and around 7% to hit works fine for me (not what i have with the current set up, i am in teh middle of a full re-gearing on my dps armor). And honestly, in group pvp it doesnt matter what build i have, i just put on wrath. that being said, if you are in a good pvp group, you can do it naked with just your weapons and a fancy dress and still win wsg

ive had 2 epics drop for me solo.... some lvl 40 2h axe on feathermoon stronghold....and also a precisely calibrated boomstick dropped from incedusaurs in searing gorge slag pit. in retrospect, i should have equipped the gun to my rogue....+14 agi is sweet for something i wont use...but i pocketed 300g instead.

^^ i do participate in group PVP a lot, however, i like to solo/pug as well. not so much pushing for 14 right now, but once im done grinding i will solo a lot again. its fun not relying on healers or your group and still coming out on top.

yea most of our older members are taking a break until expansion now. so im going to start raiding with another guild in afew weeks once im done with the pvp grind.

but we generally had 2-3 nights a week of nothing but guild pvp. (we did pvp for dkp until we switched to no dkp at the beginning of thsi year) and i like groups a lot. i was just saying its actually fun to go in solo with healers/backup once in awhile too

yea i dont know of that many guilds that do, but i thought it was interesting. PVE was a far secondary to the guild. i think at one point on horde side we had 15 of the top 20 spots filled for about 2 mos. we always had more people signing on for pvp than PVE nights heh

but the pve being something most plp in teh guild didnt like lead to one of the reasons they are all leaving WoW..for now at least. this guild was a PK guild back in UO and DAOC and stuff and our leaders, once AQ came out and the announcement of the largest dungeon crawl ever coming out in a patch or two, decided to pull out.

i am new to the guild in the sense i have only been with them since WoW. so pve is def boring compared to pvp for me but i dont really mind as long as im not PVEing 7days a week.

i just gotta get in a guild doing aq40 now

Both Allakhazam and CTProfiles (as long as your talent tree is filled out) factor in talents for crit rates. So unless he didn't have his talents filled out that 25% is accurate.

something is fucked with comtech.

UDP traffic/packets isn't/aren't prioritzed and I think it's something about QoS that's screwing with the latency. Anything TCP such as TS or FTP/Browsing is fine.

I've stuck through it all week but tonight I can't even stay connected. Consistant 2000ms pings reaching 7000ms at times and then just get kicked. I had to give up and just call it unplayable and let some noob take my spot in BWL. I'd be pretty fucking upset if i didnt actaully have to get alot of work done tonight anyway.

Got my second character to 60 today, UD Mage, 13 days 23 hours 48 minutes. 1 hour later I had my non mexican water and 3 hours after that I had my .5 belt and gloves. Now theres nothing to do till raid time this weekend, so I'll go farm with my main shaman and try to increase my already 1400g so I dont feel poor when I buy my alt his epic mount.

yes you can, my last 2 60s i pushed near 60k an hour solo. You just have to fight whats weak to your class. Warriors, for example, fight low armor melee mobs, your damage taken is small, your damage output is high, it creates quick kills (sub 20 seconds) with little down time.
