^Only an idiot would make that ultimatum. If TOB doesn't have enough sense to see that Archer is a bad coordinator, then TOB should be fired for poor judgment. You can't have a coach who can't tell good football from bad and is too much of a pussy to do something about it.

No, people's criticism of my comment is well founded. I'd probably change that to:

If TOB doesn't replace Archer THIS offseason Yow should start looking for his replacement. TOB really shouldn't need any additional prompting to make this move.
