Technically it is the maximum sentence but in reality the maximum that she will be able to serve is 5 months. The additional nine include her active parole supervision time. Every felon released from prison convicted of a crime that occurred in the last year or so has to come out with at least nine months of parole.

I would like to propose that we start earmarking a percentage of subscription and ad revenue for sending in to incarcerated users to buy stamps and snacks from the prison store.

Well this is somewhat hilarious.

I went to high school with this girl, and hung out a couple times in college. I just went to check her facebook and most of the recent posts are "WHERE U AT GIRL?" and "hey beautiful where ya been, i havent talked to you in too long. if we're gunna get married one day weve got to keep in touch haha 3v inbox me girly" (imagine the proposal, a trail of vicodins leading to a ring with a crack rock in it).

Over the years she went from thin and smoking hot to somewhat tubby. I'm sad I missed the new faces of meth style picture.

do you think a lot of these "escapes" are people who were released by mistake and they arent willingly presenting themselves back to the police to finish their legitimate sentence? i bet thats what it is
