it's an easy fight, we thought we would have to zerg him with like 2 or 3 other guilds because that's what we were reading at the time.

we ended up finding a spot where the knockback wouldnt have an effect, if you're staring at the portal and you look almost directly east of the ramp...there's this tree/stump whatchamafuckit. if you lodge your MT in that thing, and get another tank up there for secondary agro, you can pretty much just burn him down with ranged DPS. 41 yards > than his AOE thing. Rogues, Fury Warriors, catboxes...etc. were all useless in the strategy we used. Our healers hid behind the large tree southwest of the tank spot, and played LOS and range games...i dunno if it was LOS based or not but he was a straight up fight once we figured out how to keep him under control.

Anyone else feel that all that fucking end-game raiding is getting to you? I'm so fucking worn out on raiding, this week has been...work @ IBM from 9-5, raid from 6pm-12am, sleep and do the samething the next day and next day.

^^How can your raid schedule be that bad? Do you raid every instance in the game? I could see raiding evey day if you did MC, BWL, AQ40, AQ20, ZG...

We are raiding 3 days a week. Tues - BWL, Wed - AQ40 up to Emps, Sun - Emps, C'thun

Unless you find some way to seperate yourself from the game or find enjoyment in playing alts or grinding PVP honor, end game raiding will eventually get to you.

I burned myself out by raiding 7 days a week.

yeah i raid 3 days a week and am only getting tired of it because i don't realy want shit out of AQ40... but once Naxx comes out and i get to see more new content, i will be all about it

so our guild (since i've changed servers) just did our first rag attempt and one shot him. more than half the people had never even seen him before. then we killed kazzak.

and on sunday we one-shot onyxia (first attempt ever) and then went and killed azuregos.

i know, very minor accomplishments, and things i've done before already, but it seems way more exciting when it's a new experience for a lot of people and you get to see people working together well.

now we are starting Naxx testing tomorrow and ill probly be back 6 days a week for naxx when its live

pretty sad to put in 3 full months of runs on AQ and only want to spend points on 2 or 3 items.

Let me see.... Monday was C'Thun attempts, Tuesday (reset) was Skeram - Twin Emps (KR dropped), Wed was BWL full clear, Thursday (tonight) was trash from Twin Emps - C'Thun. Friday/Sat/Sunday are all C'Thun learning/attempts.

^ There is nothing impressive about that time. Once times got under 2 hours people stopped caring because then each improvement was just by a few minutes. A lot of guilds in AQ don't even do MC anymore.

I'm thinking about starting up again with my old mains on Mal'Ganis.

Problem is my guild has since dissolved and now Im screwed.

Both are 60's and raiding ready, they have no Raiding epics but are decked out with most of the best gear you can get pre-raid.

Draklav 60 rogue (sword specced atm)

Cyragas 60 warrior (31/5/15 spec)

Any guild out there can can slip me in, I'm a vet and I've been on a few raiding runs here and there. Been playing since Jan of last year at least.

I actually liked the farmers, becuase they made stuff so cheap. On my server I used to be able to buy health/mana pots for 3-4g a stack. Now that the farmers are gone prices are up to 20g a stack.

the new zg enchant will require the epic piece. the doll, and an enchant piece that dropps off bloodlord and jindo.

200g? Cry me a river, they are/were 700-900g on my server (and I have two Death's Embrace enchants that I spent countless hours in DM-E for). The librams should still be pretty expensive since they are going to be used for new resist enchants.


I liked the farmers too, I'd pop Major Healing Potions like they were candy, at 2g a stack it was great.

Is it possible for a hunter's pet to be completely stealthed or something while attacking?

There was a 60 hunter on Stormscale named Rhen that didn't appear to have his pet out, he started attacking me, and then a shadow came up beside me and started attacking, too. I couldn't select anything. WTF, b.
