I am not sure what the purpose is. But has anyone else noticed the downloader doing other stuff in the background of your computer before? Like I think it was using my computer to help dl things to others a few weeks ago. My friend and I had the same thing occur at the same time and it was visible in the bottom corner.

i love the new warlord stats for my warrior. i dont have a drake fang talisman(56 AP), barbed choker(44AP), or my zg exalted yet (30AP been like 2 runs away forever) and im still sitting close to 1000AP, with 5600HP, 5% hit, 29.4% crit (zerker) +5% sword spec in my pvp suit

my rogue is weak sauce. nightslayer hat, shadowcraft chest, mark of fording, nightslayer shoulders, darkmantle everything else except bloodfang belt. I do have a perdition's blade though.

rofl..not sure what you mean. i already have/have access to the only 3 pieces of DPS gear i would have wanted in bwl before(not counting a trinket like drake fang) and i do not wear them as of toda.. putting on the helm of endless rage, chromatic boots, and drake talon pauldrons(the "decent" dps gear im sure youre referring to) is overall a downgrade for me now which is why i am wearing the full warlord suit.

it does net me close to an extra crit but its actually less armor, about 120 less HP, and about 38 less AP. i could easily get well over 1000 AP but it drops my crit by 2%, my hit by 2% and my hp by close to 200 and i am a fan of a balanced set up.

my weak slots are actually only my belt and 1 ring basically. onslaught or quick stirke hasnt dropped for me in like 6 mos. other than that my setup is solid as a rock. for example..full conquerors gear is actually slightly worse than my setup only looking at gear slots and not rings etc.

basically im not sure what you think is weak or needs to improve on my build. my balanced pvp set is maxed out 5% hit in pvp, close to the highest crit you can get with gear out at the moment, more HP than people wearing full conquerors or bwl gear, and just as much AP or more than anyone in bwl/conq gear. i challenge you to put together a set in ctprofiles using BWL gear that beats that setup. it wont happen

the BLUE pvp gear is a brand new set and must be repurchased as they felt this was a "gift" upgrade. The rank 12/13 gear they felt was too weak considering its epic status (which for many classes it really was) and therefore the rank 12/13 gear was simply "updated" to be at the level the originally intended but compared to the current gear in the game.

additionally, the new rank 14 items can only be purchased if you are rank 14 as of today. for example i cannot go buy the new HWL quickblade or whatever since I am not still a hwl even tho i did achieve that rank

Rockbiter (1400 AP unbuffed, 1500ish w/totem) + 30% crit (unbuffed, 33.5% w/totem) + Flurry = more fun than WF now in pvp. Add to that 5 second nukes, stackable grounding totems, eye of the storm, etc... = as much as fun as 1.10 in pvp.

yea one of my pvp shaman buds just quit . i had two shamans that i pvpd with a lot. one was a "mage" and the other was a "warrior with earthshock" haha.

the mage has a ton of spellpower and Chain lightnings for 3k.

the other that quit was a well geared enhancement shaman with hwl axe.

i always love grouping with a shaman to pvp on my warrior. sword spec + hand of justice + windfury is just crazy sometimes.

in my experience the hand of justice contributes to more damage. A fellow high warlord from my old PVP guild had the hand of justice and picked up maelstrom card to compare. after parsing out the dmg in PVP and also through MC with the 3.8 speed 2H HWL sword the proc rate on the deck was 5% at its highest (this was done about 2 mos ago, dont know if its been changed since then).

i specified the 3.8 speed since i know on slower weapons suchs as daggers and such the proc rate cap seems to be about 2% since the weapons are faster.

anyways. on avg the card will hit lets say 5% of the time for roughly 250dmg.
Hand of Justice gives me 2% chance to gain an extr attack. since this attack is not a special and is white dmg ill use my base avg dmg on a white hit which is 557 over the last 5,000 swings non crit and 1450 over the last 5,000 swings when i crit.

Calculated over a period of 1000 swings

The Card will proc approximately 50 times dealing an avg of 250 dmg per proc.

50x250 = 12,500 dmg

The HoJ will proc approxiamtely 20 times. Since my crit is 30%(im being lenient and using unbuffed here as well) about 6 of these attacks will crit.

14x557=7798 + 6x1450=8700 = 16498dmg

For starters it scales with gear. the harder you hit the more you get out of HoJ. This was done with the old warlord stats as well where my AP was close to 150 lower than it is now. Im sure my avg white hits and crits have increased substantially. (i should reset my dmg tracker i suppose)

Also, the statement you made about HoJ being useless 98% of the time is ironic.

While the card is useless ~95% of the time, the HoJ is useful 100% of the time as it has a 20AP bonus that is calculated in every swing both special and non special.

This full damage you gain from this was NOT included in the 1000 swings as those were only 1000 white hits. over the course of those 1000hits you could also add the dmg gained from every HS/WW/MS/Cleave etc that took place to the 16,498 figure

One of the best trinkets in the game hands down, the darkmoon cards suck balls. Except maybe grinding with heroism

I went back to MS/Arm for PvP. I liked being dual weild fury in PvP, I could always get that execute off before any other warrior could and I got the killing blow.

thats what i am right now. However i will probably put one point back in anger management somehow. For some reason i thought they were changing the fact taht it generates 1 rage in combat this patch si i specced out of it. however from something i read on the forums its still something they are looking at.

that SS was taken when i had beserker buff, battle shout, and enrage, and crusader, and blood furyof course. but in PVP i usually have about 3 of those buffs up at any given time
