Our eqdkp is setup so you can copy/paste in logs created by CT_RaidTracker. I'm not sure if this part of the default eqdkp install or if it's an extra. Check the eqdkp forums, I'm sure you can find info about it there.

I found I spent more money. I wouldnt want to take the time to cook dinner so I would order in a lot. crappy diet, stay up late playing so I didnt get much sleep either.

The only time that I have lost sleep over WoW is when I was PvPing. I sleep during the day and then would only do so from like 8:30am until 3:00 when matches would start up and groups would form. Whenever I think I am getting bored with WoW I just work on an alt for a little while. Occasionally I will distract myself with a console game, but that seems to only be temporary.
