The fact of the matter is you have a history of this stuff around here - it's a cycle that has repeated itself over and over. What you're seeing here in this thread is just evidence that others have noticed this cycle, and want to avoid going back to that dark place.
And as ~ as it sounds, I believe I have a duty on this website to try to make sure the other users have a good experience here. In the realm of reality, your goal to pad the hell out of this place takes away from the good experience of other users.

Your padding is less than 98%, I can assure you that.

I would say that 75-80% of your padding is contained in there, but when you put up nearly 100 pad posts a day, that's still 20-25 pad posts, which is still more than what most people post in a given day.

You're right, most of your padding is done in the EUPHALO thread, but you still do a lot of fucking padding outside of it. I know that compared to how much you pad in the EUPHALO thread that it seems like such a small amount of padding by you is done outside of the EUPHALO thread to you. But to us, that "small" amount of padding done outside of the EUPHALO thread is a lot.

I might be seen as a BubbleBobble sympathizer for speaking calmly and reasonably about a user that I have seen to be nothing more than a good-humored and occasionally-annoying fervent poster, but at least I can engage in this discussion without hurling insults.

He posts a lot. He doesn't pad in topics worthwhile of serious discussion, he doesn't typically detract threads into meaningless bile arguments like some of the more aggressive users in this thread, and the only aggression he could ever be accused of having is meager, defensive responses to the strangely hate-driven crusade against him. He is harmless. Many of the users posting against him in this thread are far more cancerous and have proven more detrimental to the Chit Chat atmosphere than the accused.

I like kiljadn as much as I could without even really knowing him, but when you get on the subject of BubbleBobble the hatred seems to come pouring out, and the source of it is just not something I think you've expressed with any clarity. Yeah, maybe he should tone down the padding in a couple of key threads--some of them exist clearly for padding--but I don't think he gets in the way of how Chit Chat operates, and I don't think he's any kind of malcontent. Were he more malicious and his padding leaking into popular discussion threads I think you'd have a case, but as is...

The only problem I have is that BubbleBobble's pad sprees at night bump his old worthless threads and cover the front page with unreadable garbage. I don't care about his padding in EUPHALO, or his padding in general, but when it removes good content to the second+ page I have a problem. There's been several times now when I've looked for a thread that was getting good yesterday only to not see it anywhere, and then I have to see if going to page two is worth the effort.

A lot of tww works for a living now, and I'm sure this is what haoppens for a lot of posters. This is also why tww is not active at night.
