The appeal to me about a new server is that it allows people to get the characters names of their choice. It is very hard nowadays to start a new character and not have to take 15 minutes just to get a name.

i wouldnt do it personally but if you think about it, you only need 1 epic mount and almost all T2 gear is replaced before you even hit 70

I thought about rolling on one of these brand new servers, but chances are everyone else and their grandma plans the same thing and they will most likely all be rolling BE or dranei so umm yeah, Im gonna be looking into some of the ones released in the last 2 months or so that are still low population maybe

You'd have to be a moron to want to play on a low-pop server unless your endgame plans consist of using trade chat to cyber with the only other mangina online during primetime

Yeah dude, I play on a medium pop server atm and it's torture. There are also 4:1 alliance:horde so there is hardly anyone on the horde side. There are only 2 guilds in Naxx, less than 10 that actually raid. High pop ftw!

Also by low pop server I mean one that came out in the last 2 or so server releases, I have characters on other servers, but leveling somewhere where there are already umpteen lvl 60's soon to be 70's doesnt seem as appealing as a server where people are still lvling and once i reach 60-70 there should be plenty of others to raid with. I think you need to reread or something

at this point with BC coming out roll on any server. if youre worried about being behind in gear, youll even out in gear at by 70 if youre putting any time in at all, especially if you pick a server that doesnt have a lot of T3 guilds

when they do midnight launches how late do tehy stay open for you? Can you pay in full so you can just walk in walk out? well i know babbages/eb games at the mall is opening at 11. If you get there between 11 and 12 you can pay for it and all that stuff so when 12 rolls around you just pick it up and roll out.
