I sooooo would win....use flare to make rogues or any other invisible guy visible so they can't hide till the end..then feign death till the last guy was standing and wear him down with my pet till my pet dies and then i will get up and finish the rest of his health!!! Cheap..but a win is a win right? Noone would think of a counter at the time cause everyone would be busy fighting each other.

My clan managed to down Lucifron and Magmadar from the beginning of MC in 1 hour and 30 min. Which is extremely a fast run. First MC run I was on it took 10 hours to down magmadar, the next one too 5 hours. Our guys are starting to be experienced in MC and in addition we are using few addons that tell casters when the boss is about to curse (so they can run out of range). Also raid bar allows our healers to see ppl in other parties' hp.

I don't really like Uldaman. coolest instance i've been in though is probably SFK or BFD. both are pretty low lvl but have a cool layout and were fun to do.

went to MC last night, had lucifron down to 30% health w/ only around 10 deaths, then some asshat from another guild (20 each from 2 guilds represented) stepped back into a hallway where 10 61 elites came running in and it was all over. re-running lucifron tonight, hope my pauldrons of might drop!

in about 2 weeks the MC/Onyxia raids will all be in-house, so that'll be sweet. We have about 60 level 60's right now out of 115 members, and most others are in the 55+ range. While most guilds need healers, we have too many we need mages/warlocks/warriors.

This is exactly what happened to us. Hunter who is supposed to distracting shot one of the guards goes and agros the imps as he tries to get a better angle on the shot

We have 130 members and about the same amount of 60's. We're hurting for warriors and druids, pretty good on everything else, even warlocks.

We've been trying to get those arcanite reaper plans for a while now. We have a hunter reset the zone and send his pet down looking for the guy until he spawns.

Killed him about 5-10 times, we always seem to get that lame belt.

Heh, I ran UBRS for hte first time yesterday and the mage chest set piece dropped. Won it with a roll of a 98. So very lucky.

that's cool you won and all, but... (and this may not apply to you)...

your first time in an instance, shit your first few times, you should think about letting people that have been running it for weeks/months get it. pickup group... shit roll i dont care, but if guild i'd be surprised that you rolled

either way, grats. the chest piece is one of the most difficult to get since you generally have the highest amount of people in the raid for drakkisath and one of the lowest drop rates of the items.



all i need to satisfy my gear is the valor helm, then i'm 100% set. i got the valor legs/chest in back to back runs (strat, ubrs) and the run before that had to hearth out b/c parents came in to town and the valor helm dropped which a pally had to take instead of me. the rest of the gear i need are a few +1%crit items for pvp'ing. i'm not going for the full valor set since the bonuses just plane blow unless you have all 8, and then you're losing out on about 5 other items that are easier to get that are much better

I think I'm at ~40 ubrs runs so far. I think I've seen every possible drop twice with the exception of beast hide and deathstriker, only seen those once. We've even gotten Gyth's scale twice.
