yeah the first thing i did was change my pw and report it to a gm. i stayed up and waited for them to respond to my ticket which only took about an hour. they asked all the questions i'd expected like whether or not i was doing anything illegitimate etc. i'm fairly confident they will restore it, but i also wouldn't be surprised if they fed me some bullshit about how there's no conclusive evidence blah blah or something like that. then i'll be pissed. and yeah, i'm glad it was just gold too but still how weird is that?

dunno. maybe they just wanted to milk your account. Maybe you wouldnt notice the gold missing and they could just periodically log in and mail off the funds.

funny thing is i didn't notice for 20 minutes or so. i was running around farming herbs and when i went to vendor some grey shit i was like uhh howd i go from 400 to 3?

That rogue must have been level 60 or something. that would hurt the hell outta me, but I have 8k hps unbuffed so I could pot and survive that.. Fully Buffed I'm over 10k.

By "one shot" I mean "we engaged combat and then two seconds later he is dead." I also got in an earth shock.

All of those swings by me, though, did occur with one action of pressing the stormstrike button.

I think it's funny that other classes just don't expect it, and then instantly they die. Hell, half the time I don't see it. I'm like, "Where did they go? Oh... yeah. they're dead."

Thats what i find most annoying about my shammy.

She will ruin a mob 2 levels above her in like 3 swings losing no mana or health.

Then a mob 2 levels below her will take her to 25% health the next fight.

Yeah your first char you should enjoy the leveling process, take it all in, enjoy all the low stuff has to offer, once you hit 70 you wont go back, and when you start another you will skip half the stuff.

That being said message Frostmorne or Sporebat in game if I am online and if ya just need to finish a quest I can run through on my mage and AOE the whole place real quick for ya.

I actually like the leveling up process. As long as you have a bunch of friends in a Vent it's all good. But it's true... once you hit the end game you won't want to go back. It's like a good series that draws you in. The higher level you get the more exciting the game gets and the more annoying actors die off (13 year olds).

As a warrior you want to find a priest/somehealer class thats the alt of another good player and level together. It's generally not too hard. You have a class thats easy to level to begin with, just do the quest grind following the leveling guides to a T. Avoid shit thats hard, and be as sociable as possible.

Once people find out that there's a Tank in Azeroth, you'll get swarmed.
