I quit RaidHat to join a leveling guild. I joined up with a group yesterday doing a SM run and they liked me as a tank and said they needed a mid-30s tank. I told em I'd join their guild if they hooked me up b/c my guild was nothing but high levels doing high level instances. Turns out this is a guild for their alts so they gave me 50g and some decent enchants (at least decent to me).

I'll come back to RaidHat (if it exists) later when I get higher level to be able to do shit with you guys. Just seemed pointless for me to be in it when you guys are busy with your instancing that I can't join in on.

pretty unimpressive that he comes in, gear eclipses people, has a personal heal bot, and is raid buffed for pretty much the entire duration of the video. hay guys, I got a full bar of rage look at my execute crits on cloth lawlz. the hulksmash video and the unbreakable video are probably the sickest I've seen. I think I may make one hulksmash style since everyone seems to talk shit about my fist weapons, but the meters and pvp charts don't lie.

^The sad thing about that Hulksmash video is that is about the damage that I do dual wielding at 70

And I find Shaman videos hilarious, because they're just highlight reels of 5% of the encounters. If I filmed everything that I did and then cut only the stormstrike/double windfury crit highlights I could look like I am awesome too. That's the problem is that other classes think that the 5% is like 100% and so we get nerfed

plus he goes after every clothie in the game. As soon as he sees a mage or priest/druid he goes after them.

to add to that, you need A SLOW OFFHAND (read: as close to 3.0 as possible) and hit rating. dual wielding, your white damage is going to miss like 19% of the time. since stormstrike is your only gauranteed yellow, and wf has to proc off a successful white hit to get a wf proc, missing a lot REALLY hurts your dps. I've posted this like 4x in response to your posts about your lackluster dps, but you keep ignoring it.

also, get rid of that fucking trinket. haste rating, bringing your weapons farther from 3.0 (the wf normalization timer), is really fucking BAD for a shaman.

I also told you dodging bugs your swing timer and you have to wait the full 3s for it to reset each time you dodge, but you went ahead and put 5 points in anticipation. put those points into reducing the cost of shocks and reducing the cooldown on grounding

upgrade to dragonmaw (which is getting a very large buff in the patch) and get runic hammer as quickly as possible.... honestly if you were going to make drakefist the first thing you shuold have done was get the nethers to upgrade.

if you're revered with scryer ... why dont you have the honor'd scryer enchant on your shoulders ?

when you reclaim your account both people most likely will end up losing. Sure you can fax a DL after taking it, but the person that buys it can easily fuck you over by proving to blizzard you tried to sell it. Account gets locked and you don't gain anything.

looks like they wont be buffing the gladiator MH's and just releasing a new set each season. guess I'll hold my kara mh until next season starts. with weapons on such short life cycles, I'm having a hard time justifying the mats of mongoose.

there's a difference between a couple greater planars and some dust and 6 void crystals, 10 large prismatics, 40 arcane dust, and 8 greater planars every couple months. multiply that by 2 since I dual wield. sure I get the crystals free from the guild, but since the other stuff doesn't drop in raids, it comes out of my pocket. that's in the neighborhood of 600g every 2-3 months on my server. even then, gladiator weapons only proved to be the best weapons in comparison to average progression this season. who knows what next season's weapons will be like in comparison.

enchant mats are so easy to come by. I have stacks of large prismatic shards in my bank, along with greater essence and dust...a few void crystals too although i havent come across any enchants that require them. not any that i would use on my mage at least.
