They probably fucked something up, took the auth servers down...as well as the bogus forum maintenance ploy so people couldnt flood it with QQ posts. You'd think after four years they would figure out how to streamline a patch.

the ice block debuff is hella bugged.

instead of making it so i can't cast ice block again, anything i cast while it's on is like 12k damage

I only need 400 adamantite ore, 40 primal lifes, and 20 primal earths in order to go from 370 to 375 blacksmithing.

And then I need 3 more Primal Nethers and 10 primal manas to get Deep Thunder.

DONT COMPLAIN BECAUSE THE CRAFTED WEAPONS ARE BETTER THAN ONES YOU CAN GET. THIS IS SUCH A PAIN IN THE ASS.

I wouldn't say oldschool UBRS. You can do fights in UBRS without VOIP, the later half of kara can't be done without quick communication.

It definitely is not hard though.

people 20-25 manned ubrs till at least 4 months after wow came out, then it was 15 man for like a year till it went down to 10 man. Although it kinda helps that most of the fights are tank and spank basically except drakk who wasnt that complicated anyway.

Back in the day... like WAY back in the day, people complained about how Blackrock Spire was way too hard for anyone to do. Trust me, they probably used VoIP for it. They needed 15 man groups and now what, people are three-manning it?

I'm guessing a year or two from now people will be putting up 5 man videos of Kara, and then even three man videos.

The coordination required for Aran is a bit harder then fear mobs, tank n spank drakkath for UBRS. Yes, guilds will eventually 5 man kara judging from the Hyjal loot and probably 3 man as well.

However, I think from a pub's perspective, unless the group seriously out gears the instance they won't have as easy of a time of it as UBRS.

aran's not hard to coordinate at all ... assign each interrupter a spell, assign warlocks corners. wham bam aran with no vent
