Still bust huge nuts that feel just like they always did?

I have a buddy who had it done, and he said it diminished his pleasure. I know that's not the prevailing experience, but it has always made me a little gun-shy about having it done.

No change in mine. First couple after the procedure were mentally a bit scary, but everything worked as usual and since then completely back to normal.

keep in mind that most men have this done at 40+ years old. So any decreases in sensation or climax intensity could be naturally happening along side of any vasectomy. But as men we tend to ignore any of those changes over time, so I could see some men thinking those changes are due to vasectomy, but had actually been changing before the procedure.
I, nor any of the friends I know that have had it done, have experienced any noticeable changes before and after the procedure.

Got on the topic with a friend last month (she and my wife were talking about health issues as we've gotten older and topic of BC/IUDs came up) and she mentioned that her husband had to have a reversal as his went really poorly. He wasn't there so and she didn't get into all the details but she did say he had complications after and ended up going to Atlanta to get a reversal which cost $35k. This was several years ago, but in the interest of full disclosure, that is the only person I know who had a negative experience. Another friend with three kids just got his done a couple months ago at UNC and had no issues, except they rescheduled his procedure four times.

I experience PVPS but I think it's because I didn't follow after care instructions as well as I could have

I have been able to manage the pain by wearing something supportive

"I had mine done with Monteith about 5 years ago as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have the procedure. Drove myself there and home. Was in the building a total of 15 minutes. 2 days later started the process of cleaning out the swimmers. Never any pain or issues. 12/10, would recommend to a friend.

"

pretty much the same experience. in and out of the office in less than 15 minutes. followed the post op instructions to the letter. got the all clear a couple months later. zero complications.

Snewf are you still experiencing PVPS? I was about ready to send it but then got spooked reading about PVPS on Reddit.

mostly no - I wore extra supportive clothes for about a year and things seem to have mended

every now and then I get a shot of pain but who knows if that's even related
