Got in 2 real DPS and took down Curator. Stopped by Shade because of 'unlucky' blizzards and other stuff, but it was getting late so we hit Chess Event for free loot.

went in kara for the first time last night... we went thru past Opera (fought the wiz of oz)

thats the first time i've even heard anything about kara... was pretty fun. I was top dps on Maiden (primarily b/c our lock went down early and execute owns)

Tried doing Curator but didn't have enough DPS... they took the nubs of the guild (4 of us had never been in Kara before)

WHICH CLASS IS BETTER IN PVP: HUNTER OR WARLOCK?

I have my alt warlock at 31 and having fun, just don't know if i want to keep going until i get the good talents or not.

Hunters can be very dominating, but only if they are really skilled, the problem is most people who play hunters do so because its easy to be decent and you dont have to do much. With warlocks as long as you can hit all your dot buttons and cast fear and deathcoil chances are they are gonna die even if you do too, unless of course they are an undead rogue then they will probably camp you for hours until you logout just as I did to someone last night. It really is a dumb dumb idea to gank a rogue who wasnt bothering you and farming peacefully if you dont plan on immediately leaving the zone. Especially if they have an epic flying mount so when you think you are gonna be cute and mount up, fly to the top of the mountain, and drink you end up having to spirit rez instead.

it's easy to be dominate in pvp with any class in this game if you're good enough at wow. to say warlocks dont have an advantage in any realm of pvp is silly.

I'll still pee all over you with my hunter, but you'd probably just log out if i was on my warlock

I wasnt saying other classes couldnt be dominating as well, just that very skilled hunters are a royal pain in the ass. I suppose it depends which character Im on but I'd rather fight a warlock 1v1 than a really good hunter on my rogue. Obviously a really well geared out warlock might give me issues, but equal gear the lock is gonna lose everytime now thanks to CoS. Overall though in group pvp warlocks own every other class I will admit. Very organized groups with decurse and demagic not so much a problem, but in a pug once you get dotted go ahead and count on dying if you cant heal or undot yourself.

Yea, on my rogue I hate taking hunters on in 1v1 fights unless I have a clear advantage. Warlocks don't really worry me so much, though they're not always easy.

Though I do have to say, if I wasn't an undead rogue things might be vastly different.

Agreed being undead makes a world of difference on Warlocks that is a very good point. I may not run around with my pvp trinket equipped at all times, so its good to know I'm gonna be able to get out of one fear at least.

i farm with the heroic badge and the haste trinket on which boosts me to over 1600ap, which is awesome for farming

I still use the one from zangarmarsh pvp or whatever that has a chance on hit to heal ya for like 200, between SnD and increased haste on CS/KS i get enough swings in that i usually heal a couple hundred through each fight, helps farming speed as far as stopping to bandage or eat I suppose lol.

if i went with a pure farming setup (just pve dps) im around 40% crit and 1770 AP unbuffed i think. but its worth giving up a tad bit of AP or crit to not ward off would be enemies while farming and save myself some time
