I highly recommend an NXT taping. It was a blast and there's not a bad seat in the room. In the eps we saw there were great matches from Zayn/Rhyno, Balor/Owens, Itami/Breeze, and a really good Bayley/Charlotte/Becky #1 contender's match with an admittedly dumb finish. Alexa Bliss also put in some good work against Sasha Banks. If it was a four hour drive instead of eight or nine I'd go every month.

There were reports that he flew on his private jet, but that’s incorrect. When Lesnar comes to WWE shows, the WWE provides him a private jet from his home and back to his home as one of the stipulations of his contract. At Smackdown, Vince McMahon told people in the company there was an unresolved problem, but wouldn’t elaborate on what it was. Lesnar was never booked on the 3/2 Raw in Newark, NJ. He currently has four dates left on his contract, which are the 3/9 Raw in Pittsburgh, the 3/23 Raw in Los Angeles, WrestleMania and the Raw the day after WrestleMania in San Jose. He is still advertised for all of those shows. Those in the company believe Lesnar will be at all his remaining contracted dates, because not doing so would constitute a breach of contract. Without knowing what the dispute is, and its severity, it’s impossible to know what it means as far as the remainder of the contract and the potential of renewing of the deal. "

Bray took the lid off Undertaker's urn and it started smoking. Lights go off. Then a few dongs hit over the intercom. Light comes back on in a halo over the ring and the table and urn have been replaced by Bray's rocking chair. Then on the big screen it says "WrestleMania - The Man Comes Around" followed by generic Undertaker line over the intercom saying "At WrestleMania, you will rest in peace". Then a lightning bolt hits the ring and Bray's chair is lit on fire, followed by Bray laughing maniacly.



And Orton finally turned on Rollins in the main event, followed by beatdown that went way too long and into the crowd. Reigns in the actual match...little heat for him.

Thoughts:

-Undertaker has done literally nothing. This is the most blatant "show up, get a paycheck, leave" ever.
-It's nice to see Sting in a WWE ring. I dislike that it's been more to put over Hunter than anything else.
-For what's been reported, Lesnar's contract is still expiring next Monday. WWE have been wanting to sign him before the contract ends and Lesnar wants to become a "free agent" and officially get UFC and Bellator offers.
-My gut feeling tells me if Lesnar leaves for good that Seth Rollins is champ when Raw ends next Monday.
-Rusev and Cena is straight out of 1980s WWF but it's actually been fun.

glad Lesnar is staying with WWE (I saw the news on ESPN of all places); he needs to keep the belt and be built as unstoppable. I don't mind Cena and Bryan winning the US and IC titles if it means Brock is going to be Mr. Invincible for the next 3 years. WWE needs a spectacle and there are plenty of people he can go against (Orton, Rusev, Ziggler, Wyatt). Brock transcends face/heel if done properly. Let the US and IC titles be the focus for the shows and bring Brock out every few months for a big PPV to remind people he's the real deal. then in a year or three, whoever eventually goes over him will be made. that's how you build the next Austin or Rock, not this shit they're doing with Reigns (and have done with Cena).

Wait, what?

Stephanie is often the best thing on the show after Heyman. Even if it's in the context of her being a heel, I like that she calls Cena on his bullying bullshit.

In the interest of the Sting narrative they're pushing, she's gone inorganic in her promos lately, but that's the nature of a build to something that makes no sense.

Hell, it's no exaggeration to say she was instrumental in how good HHH/Bryan was at WM30.

Bait and switch.

Reigns-Lesnar main event. Crowd's cheering for Lesnar. After both men are down, Rollins runs down and cashes in his briefcase. He goes to curb stomp Lesnar who picks him up for an F5, Reigns spears Lesnar, but Rollins is able to curb stomp him and win the title. So Lesnar loses the title but was never pinned.

Undertaker beat Bray Wyatt in a match that didn't work. Wyatt earlier today rolled his ankle and Undertaker should just retire.

I steamed some of it last night and it was booked horribly. Rollins loses to Orton, then beats Reigns AND Lesnar. And Lesnar dominates Reigns, then blades himself on the turnbuckle and is suddenly weak and helpless. fucking pathetic. and Wyatt vs Taker was just two guys going through the motions. no chemistry, no big spots, nothing. Taker needs to retire. the Sting match was bullshit too, more ego stroking by Vince for winning the war with WCW. and why the fuck would the NWO help Sting?

The title is setup great now so that Rollins has 3 ready-made challengers for the title: Orton, Reigns, and Lesnar whenever he comes back. Rollins loses, wins the title later, and Orton who beat Rollins has a right to a title match.

I agree on Undertaker-Wyatt and Sting-Triple H.

The longest thing on the show was the Stephanie-Triple H-Rock-Ronda Rousey segment.

So during Raw last night there was a 6-person women's tag match, and the crowd was bored during it, and chanted at Nikki Bella "You Suck Cena". They turned it on Brie ("Brie Sucks Bryan") and Natalya ("Natalya Sucks Tyson"). WWE during the show heavily turned down the crowd mics during this and the main event (where Roman Reigns was viciously booed).

Other highlights:

-Brock wanted a rematch, didn't get it, so proceeded to destroy all of the announcers and a cameraman. So they wrote him out of TV for the time being by Stephanie indefinitely suspending him.

-That led to Byron Saxton, Smackdown announcer, coming out and announcing solo. After 20 minutes they sent out Jerry Lawler to save him.

-The post-WrestleMania Raw main event was Orton, Ryback, and Reigns vs. Rollins, Big Show, and Kane.

^ Not watched Raw yet. Was going to just watch the main event and the divas match for the chants but I may go listen to Saxton. Heard a review comparing him to a golf or tennis commentator.

By the way, Michael Cole, who they said on Raw had received a cervical vertebrae fracture injury from Brock Lesnar - the same injury that killed Perro Aguayo Jr. earlier on this page - will be back on Raw Monday.

The rest of the match had already been worked on and formulated."
