Okay, so this morning they are doing major pavement work at my appt complex. They have to start by breaking up the existing pavement of course. As I was getting ready to leave this morning, I could not seem to get the water to come on and when I go outside I realize that the workers have broken the water main. Bastards.

On the radio this morning they had a great joke.
