One of my HS friends and teammate was shot and killed this weekend by his wife

Not sure of the full details but she was arrested for 1st degree murder. Heard some stories about him entering the home and she claims she thought he was an intruder. Either way it sucks. Had 3 kids.

Also, you have to be careful to adjust later calories with the cheesecake's calories. For example, if the morning cheesecake slice had ~300 calories, you have to consume ~300 calories less than usual during the rest of the day (assuming the treat is not a daily occurrence), otherwise you are just consuming 300 calories extra that day.

I think that has been debunked just as much as what time of day should you cut off eating. I am too lazy to post links, but it's out there. What matters more is you don't go over your total daily intake.
