Hmmm actually it only requires that specialization to wear it. So assuming you dont lose any patterns other than specialization patterns, you could lvl to 375 make one set, respecialize, train to 375 to create 2nd set, and then at that point just switch whenever barring you dont want to learn any other patterns that require more than 350 tailoring to learn, or am I missing something?

why the hell are you still using that green trinket? Replace it with the scryers one or xiris gift at least.

just because it's green doesn't mean it's bad.

you really can't beat dual trinkets. you can control WHEN you need the boost in DPS, and one is almost always up when you need it. during tidewalker, you can trinket before every murloc pack. during supremus, you can be under a trinket buff the entire duration of every tank & spank phase.

i would LOVE to replace it, but there's really nothing better but Skull of Gul'dan.

- i'm aldor, so i can't get the scryer trinket. the shoulder enchant for aldor is better.
- xiri's gift isn't better. for affliction warlocks, 32 crit is worth about 14 damage.
- i never picked up magtheridon's eye. we stopped doing mag before it was buffed.
- i have a darkmoon: crusade already, which i use on burn fights. this is only a good trinket if you never have any breaks in a fight.
- quag's eye sucks, you can't control when it procs. regardless, i never got one.
- the BT trinket sucks, you can't control when it procs. i have one, and don't use it. i want my gold back.

Ok here is what I found on the matter for anyone else wanting to know the same thing I was... so basically yeah I plan on making both sets for my priest.

Well yea I always ran with the badge trinket and another +damage on use trinket to always pump out a serious amount of DPS but there are better trinkets that are extremely easy to get. Don;t get me wrong, it was a great trinket pre kara but if you are rocking t6 at least get Xi'ris gift from revered shattar. The +crit is always nice for Imp SB debuff shadow damage boosts.

zerging the boss will get you very little honor.

you have to actually cap shit now and hold it.

the point is to reduce your opponents' reinforcements to 0.

AV changes have not yet been made. And yes, you should reinstall. 2.3 is going to bring a breath of fresh air to both leveling and trying to do anything solo as a healer. I am having the most fun in WoW that I have had in a long time due in part to a 5 day a week raid schedule. Leo is at 7% and Alar was 80% in the second phase on our first night. Good times.

you know whats actually a decent game that no one gives any credit? dungeons and dragons online. if you like immersion, realistic graphics, narration, a story that you dont have to read on some fucking website that contradicts itself whenever you need new content, you may enjoy it. the combat system isnt nearly as polished as wow though so I playing a melee class was extremely frustrating to me.

if I don't stop playing TF2 forever (which won't happen) I may play WoW again. When is 2.3 due?

I am not sure where my comments warranted the name calling but I will overlook that in order to answer your question. Raiding 5 days a week and maintaining a full time job (as well as a full time girlfriend) are not mutually exclusive. It just requires proper time allocation. Yes, it is troubling slightly that WoW has morphed into the concept that in order to make notable progression it is imperative to establish a robust raiding agenda.

It also requires cutting things out of your time, like a girlfriend.

Don't need to raid to get gear; how so? And the girlfriend knows that she gets priority so any night that she wants me to not raid then all she has to do is ask. Plus I am out of town most of the week so there is little conflict.

Updated Arena gear and weapons + updated honor accessories every season are easily comparable to the top Tier set currently available

ie comparing T6 Helm to Season 3 Gladiator's Helm:

Tier 6 DPS Helm
1483 Armor
+54 Strength
+41 Agility
+54 Stamina
Meta Socket
Red Socket
Socket Bonus: +4 Strength
Durability 100 / 100
Classes: Warrior
Requires Level 70
Equip: Your attacks ignore 105 of your opponent's armor.

Vengeful Gladiator's Plate Helm
1483 Armor
+39 Strength
+61 Stamina
Meta Socket
Yellow Socket
Socket Bonus: +4 Critical Strike Rating
Durability 100 / 100
Classes: Warrior
Requires Level 70
Equip: Improves hit rating by 12.
Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 35.
Equip: Improves your resilience rating by 25.
Equip: Your attacks ignore 84 of your opponent's armor.

Gladiators VS T6 (including socket bonus but not assuming gems since they can cancel)

Armor = same
Strength = -19 (-38 AP from T6)
Crit = +.5 crit from T6
Stamina = +7 stamina from T6
Hit = +12 Hit Rating from T6 (~.76%)
Resilience = +25 Resilience from T6
Equip Bonus = only a 20 armor difference here
the only other differences are a small amount of armor and dodge from the agility

no you don't, just try 10 games a week. you'll probably lose a good amount but you shouldnt be able to fall much lower than ~1300 or so unless you're REALLY REALLY bad and in all greens or something

but as we keep pointing out, if you are that bad you dont get much gear. heck at 1400 rating on a 5v5, a full current set will take you ~9 months

I am not "that" bad I just don't have the PvP gear yet to go toe-to-toe with some of these teams. But my roll as a resto dr00d is pretty easy. Toss HoTs and haul ass.
