^^^^^blue life bar, resilience, and particularly resto druids have completely removed the fun from 2v2 and (to a lesser extent) 3v3

was in a 2v2 in blade's edge earlier with a rogue (i'm a mage) vs warrior/druid - regular strat: i solo warrior till druid pops - cc warrior/kill druid

a few well-timed mace stuns and abolish poison frees the druid up to retard run so we switch to warrior; blow him up but also lose my rogue

me (very geared) vs freshly 70, shittily geared resto druid - 17 minutes of pillar humping, spellstealing through multiple low priority buffs to grab innervate, keeping him in combat/drinking when i can/etc. etc. until the clouds part and stars + planets align for me to get enough RNG to kill him (trinketed icy veins shatter combo, focus proc AM just as he's travel forming out of los - 4th missile kills him)

SL/SL (27/34 is the most common) lock/resto druid has no real weaknesses (maybe lol shadowstep rogue and lol balance druid)

on par with MM hunter/rdruid

and both are a slight step above warrior/rdruid

there is a common theme among these teams

W/D 2v2 is a bit better than L/D which is a bit better than H/D, but none by much. If I weren't friends with people who needed me in 2s and could find a decently geared druid who knew what they were doing I could get nice personal rating going on.

personally, i wouldn't bot BGs anymore. You're obviously not going to put the work required into it not to appear robotic and it's just going to get the account banned.im pretty sure the days of running into cave walls for 30 minutes are long gone.

Also if you end up doing it anyway, don't use BGBot with ahelper. Warden is out looking for that addon and blizz is banning accounts with pretty much no explanation other than 3rd party software if they find out you've been using it.

Druid/Hunter is easily the best 2's combo in the game right now. once the Hunter/Druids manage to wade through the nonsense 2 dps and crap combos at the low ratings they're unstoppable. When I lose 2's... it's because we played badly. I've never been in a match where we played fantastic and lost.


there's no reason lock druid or lock warrior should be hunter druid given equal skill/gear

granted it'll take a year for hunter druid to win ... it will still happen. made 3 2k+ rated W/D teams afk for 22+ pt wins after 45 minute games of my druid never going below 80% mana...

^^^^^^in head-to-heads (assuming equal gear, "skill", etc.) warrior/rdruid vs. sl/sl lock/rdruid is pretty much a wash; i would give the edge to the lock team because they can cheese a voidwalker if the warrior drops the felhunter and are simply a bit better at the outlast/mana war game

mm hunter/rdruid completely dominates warrior/rdruid - the warrior is basically a non-factor due to scatter shot+trap/cyclone/roots/feral charge/bash/etc. etc. and the warrior's druid is simply getting viper stinged with a stupid scorpid keeping poisons up

also, warrior/rdruid has some pretty common hard counters (mage/rogue, mage/lock); a bad lock/druid would lose to mediocre rogue/dpriest, rogue/lock, lock/hunter teams

hunter/druid is king of the ezmode hill currently

may want to be careful about using this one in PvP...

I find it can be best to save the intimidation especially for later in the fight... i.e. if its a healer, stun em right when they get below 50%, when they might want to heal, and when you, say, have alot of burst damage ready to roll.

youll find you will finish off alot more targets like that.

yeah, i have it bound to alt R or something. I don't do many arenas with the hunter so usually in av or wsg im not too overly concerned at saving or using it first. I think i made the two seperate though because my pet would take aggro inside of instances sometimes with the first one.

Hunter/Druid is tough to beat. I've beaten them as Druid/War plenty of times (Duelist/Gladiator level). Its a pain in the ass though. I haven't areaned in 2 months because I found it to be boring and the wait times are rediculous. WTB Fix.

MunkeyMuck have you used autohotkey or keyclone yet? Basically right now I just want to set it up so that I can use my G15 keys (which obv. would just be shift or alt derivations combinations? of Function keys) to heal my pet/hunter with a lower level paladin without having to alt tab or use my laptop.

Can you use other programs to specify which window to send keystrokes to?

It really depends on how quick you're trying to get rid of it and how geared it is. Obviously you wouldn't want to sell him a full T6 blood elf holy paladin or something of the like. But if it's a random 70 account you don't play anymore, it's fast cash.

Nah, this guy is good people and isn't associated with any of those groups. I believe most of the time, what they do is transfer the character to another account with a new secret question but same last name. Brings the risk of recalling and getting banned to almost zero.

Can anyone else confirm that attunement to BT and MH is going to be dropped with 2.4 and that you no longer have to kill any other bosses in TK or SSC to get to Vashj/KT? Someone posted it in our guild forums and I was curious is anyone else has heard about this.
