Reports are that they knew the test results prior to the match on Sunday.

Some damn good matches at CWC last night. Everyone you think would be great was, but special mentions to Jack Gallagher and Raul Mendoza as guys I didn't know anything about who were really impressive.

"Batista offered to return for SummerSlam 2014, but Paul & Stephanie Levesque snickered and questioned Guardians of the Galaxy's box office appeal.

This is per Part 1 of his appearance on MLW Radio this week, time stamp 21:47."

Why not schedule the CWC final for Clash/Night of Champions in September? Finals are scheduled like only 10 days prior to the PPV.

Because as we've learned from the reactions to a lot of popular NXT folks, way fewer people watch the network/Hulu than watch Raw, and CWC is only on the network. The Full Sail crowd, for all of its faults, really helps with the atmosphere for guys like that.

Ex: Full Sail goes absolutely nuts for Rich Swann, and I'm assuming it'll be him and Ibushi in the final four on that side of the bracket. Let's say he wins and is in the final. If that match is at Full Sail, the crowd will be insane. If it's Clash of Champions, it'll be met with quiet confusion (at least until some people see how good the work is).

Second round tapings are Wednesday. I suppose I can't report anything without intrinsic first round spoilers so I'll refrain.

Second round of the CWC was a lot of fun, but the match between Kota Ibushi and Cedric Alexander was INSANE. Don't miss it.

shane was sweating like a mofo tonight

interesting finish, you'd think they would have tried something like that before but I can't remember something ever quite looking like that

also just not sure if Im buying rollins with the pedigree, my idea would have been to try the famasser instead

I'm all for a Dusty finish now and then, but I'm not sure playing it as totally indecisive does anyone any good.

I don't mind the Pedigree, but I don't love it. Famouser wouldn't work as a finisher because Dolph uses it as a setup.

Rey Mysterio Jr. and Prince Puma (Ricochet) in the Ultima Lucha Dos main event in Lucha Underground had a hell of a face-vs-face lucha match.

Bayley and Sasha in matching gear is all I need in my life.

Zayn/Owens was awesome.

We always knew Enzo was a "can't miss" talent, but it's nice to see him prove it every night.

Intrigued by the Ambrose win, excited to see where it goes tonight.

Solid PPV last night.

Randy Orton with the 'enhancement" line was solid gold. After watching him closely, I'm pretty sure he just doesnt give a fuck.

You're basically falling back onto your butt at the same time, so the weight distribution isn't really there. Still, it's a good looking move and looks brutal.

After getting thrown away by WWE and proceeding to kill it across multiple promotions, I'm not sure Drew McIntyre is in a hurry to go back.

Jinder...lol

I liked RAW fine last night. It was always gonna be a drop off after last week. Orton/Lesnar is gonna be fire - great spot at the end of RAW.

Smackdown just needs to keep building - but it's clear WWE is still treating it as the B-show. Keep building around your top talents in Dean, AJ, Bray & Ziggler. Cena & Orton as your showcase veterans. Eventually pull in Nakamura. They'll be ok. DB was right, they're gonna be the underdog. It's obvious WWE wants it that way.

Lookin forward to American Alpha tonite.

WTF? There is a WWE section on espn.com?

http://www.espn.com/wwe/

Now maybe they can add a Star Wars section to cover the light saber battle results in the new movie. That's as real as WWE.

Interesting thing for me: obviously both Tajiri/Metalik and Alexander/Ibushi were awesome, but in the building the latter was easily perceived as the showstopper. Watching on TV, though, I think I like the Tajiri match more as a whole.

Y'all get ready for Tozawa/Gallagher. That match is TOO entertaining.

Ummm...So I'm sure it was suppose to end in some fashion last night, but that elbow looked all to real to me.

There's no way it wasn't booked. Brock was throwing punches and then stopped, threw two real elbows to the top of the head, and went back to punches.

Reading today it went off as it was supposed to - Brock opening him up hardway.

I thought it fell flat. And God help us if they're gonna do Brock/Shane...that would be ridiculous.

The AJ/Cena fight was craaaaaaaaaaaaaaazzzzy. Look for AJ/Ambrose to start tomorrow night.

NXT was unbelievable and twice the show SS was. If you haven't seen Nakamura's entrance...GO FIND IT.
