Pvp gets boring for me, maybe because I'm a tankadin and too cheap to respec every time I want to run AV. I used to have fun on my lock before the patch took away my stam and now I get roflstomped.

I think my main priority for the expansion will be getting my pally to 80, then maybe playing around with a death knight. Haven't decided on a race, but since I'm on a pvp server now I'm definitely going horde (not that I play anything else, really).

The thing I'm most upset about is that yesterday my guild was supposed to do BT/Hyjal. I was hoping that Archi would be a nice guy and drop the warlock T6 helm token so I could have those beautiful head wings. It would be the only helm I ever checked "show helm" for.

This isn't looking good for the expansion... I bet tonight/tomorrow morning will be filled with nothing but restart after restart and endless lag. I will try not to be on the same server as lots of other people. I'm going to be doing instances.

Also, if the servers come back up, I'm gonna do all the Isle dailies and the ones in Shatt. Hold em until midnight to turn in.

The only helm I ever checked 'show' on was the T6 helm as well.

As soon as I get the Helm of Burning righteousness from Kil'Jaden, I promptly unchecked it.

Both my s3 and s4 helms were awesome on my lock. I usualy wasn't a helm person. I likes the s4 helm because it was the only piece that didn't look stupid mixed in with the rest of the s3 gear.

Also, will new accounts be required to purchase basically battle chest + wotlk? What about the next expansion, will you then need to pay over a hundred bucks for a new account? I could buy a level 70 for that. They're going to have to start optioning pre-leveled characters or something eventually.

Shrike, Warhammer Online hit the 500k mark on 9/26, and then the 750k subscription mark 2 weeks later. That seems about as quick of a rise as Warcraft had in 2005 on that chart. We'll see if it can keep up.

Anyone trying to get back into this game want to buy my account?
Details are a few pages back, but just general overview:

70 Orc Warrior
70 Undead Mage
70 Blood Elf Rogue
70 Tauren Shaman
70 Tauren Hunter

Various other character of various levels spread throughout a few different servers (a 51 gnome warrior somewhere, a 50 undead mage somewhere else), etc.

All transferable and renameable. All in good standing with the community. All on Uldaman - PVE - Horde. In decent gear... Account does not have the wotlk expansion pack activated.

I originally wanted about $200 for the account, but since it'd have to be upgraded to the new expansion and you'd have to transfer people unless you like Uldaman, I could let it go for $125-$150.

I'm thinking my chances of coming back are slim. If anything I might entertain the idea in a few months, but then Id miss the initial fun of an expansion.

I might buy the game around thanksgiving and activate my account for a month if I can talk a friend into trying it out. It was a lot fo fun for the first few weeks of BC. I dont know. The fact that I don't already have it says enough.

So who on here is still playing? My shaman is 73 and I've finished all of Howling Fjorde, headed to Borean Tundra now. I've ran both Utgarde and Nexus multiple times so that I am now sick of them and I am ready to move onto Azjol-Nerub just need to read up on the fights and make sure there's nothing too crazy.

I'm just 72, I feel like I'm questing super slow because I stop to enjoy the scenery all the time.

I'm also considering a "no tanking pugs" policy because so far they've been nightmares full of dps who don't know the meaning of threat management. I did Nexus with a shammy who kept ripping aggro off of me and boasting that he was the best dps/tank/healer EVER. Yeah, no more righteous defense for him and he left after I let him die a few more times to his own idiocity.

I did the DK thing the other night and it was pretty fun. This account has a S2-S3 70 warrior and druid as well, but I've just been fucking around with my UI and trying to remember how to play. It's been two years since I've had a worrior.

Nexus seems way harder to me than the other instances I've done. Utgarde couldn't be more straightforward, Azjol-Nerub takes 15 minutes and I did Old Kingdom for the first time today in a pug today and it was pretty difficult. I definitely suggest running Old Kingdom sometime if you find a group, the instance looks amazing and the final boss fight is great.

I also grouped with a DK for the first time today, pretty wild stuff.

I've got a 70 priest with respectable pve gear (1052+dmg 18% crit in dps spec) that I'd like to sell. Not that gear really matters much now that it will be gone by 78 or so. Epic mounts, some gold....would like to get $150 for it if anyone is interested.
