god naxx is so easy

I remember how badass it used to be, even the trash pulls were difficult and exciting.

Now you just AoE everything down, pretty easy stuff. The bosses are still somewhat decent from what I've seen so far. Especially Heigan, that's still a fun fight.

I've heard that, kind of makes me sad. Naxx was a very tough instance besides a few easy bosses. I know it gives people the chance to see it but it kind of cheapens the memories for some I would assume.

Yeah, but I remember steping into Kara right after a few 5 mans for the first time and loving it. I like how they are giving people an epic experence right off the bat. Remember what fun it was to get geared for MC back in the day?

^^I've run almost every new instance on heroic and they all look badass and the fights are a lot of fun. Although two different bosses in two different instances have the same heroic fight for an achievement. The ole "don't let the adds reach the bottom of the stairs" trick...although both for different reasons. Fun non the less.

I have yet to see Oculus, halls of lightning and I think one other but don't remember what its called.

Which two are you talking about? "Oh Novos" is one, but I can't think of another that's like that.


Naxx is much easier than Kara was. Part of it is already knowing all of the encounters and part of it is the tuning. Naxx was significantly harder at the beginning of beta and they kept toning it down to make the entry raids easier. Hopefully Ulduar will actually be a challenge.

^the one i did yesterday...i think it was halls of stone? Where you have to keep the mobs from getting to the bottom of the stairs. BUT the achievement isn't because they reached the bottom of the stairs...its for not getting any dmg on the NPC from mobs (i think). We got the achievement yesterday and that was our strat.

Its the fight with the 3 stone heads that do 3 types of damage constantly through out the fight.

Wrath blows BC out of the water.

I got accepted to the top raiding guild on the server (Ravenholdt) with the conditions that I respec holy. PSH. I ended up going with a slightly lower ranked guild that needs my tanking skills. I think I'll be happier there with the lower number of players anyway. I like close knit guilds.

I'm about a quarter of a bubble away from 77 but my questing today keeps getting interrupted by my flu symptoms. Having to run throw up in the middle of an escort quest is not cool.

25 needs little more than quest blues and 70 epics. we cleared 8 bosses the first night and most of us got to 80 that day (last week).
