I question the definition of a 'top guild' if they pro recruit under 80's.

Rank the lvl 80 (5 man) instances in terms of difficulty. I need to train my guildmates to be aware of their surroundings and adapt to unexpected situations without someone instructing them to do so.

I've only done 2, Halls of Lightning and CoT: Stratholme, and I would say HoL is more difficult than Strat.

Only really big difference I've noticed in 10man naxx and 25man naxx is on patchwerk

The hateful strikes were only doing like 5-6k damage on the HStank in 10mans

In the 25mans they were hitting in the 27k range.

Thaddius is also a pain, but I think just getting people geared better for higher dps is needed in 25man.

Other than that the rest of the fights seem easier in 25man over the 10man.

only boss in VH that i haven't done much (hate to face) is the voidwalker.

we got him recently as the 1st boss in there and just said fuck it and stopped it for the day.

your group will get a short debuff that allows you to target the adds that spam aoe shadowbolts. everyone has to try to kill the adds or this gets pretty difficult.

Its not the entire group, its 1 member. Just announce who has it and they go 1 shot the adds.

though I think the buff can overlap and be on 2 people for a short time.

H CoT has a tough gauntlet for idiots.

Shadows and Dust on Ravenholdt. They've already cleared Naxx, recruiting to have more teams it seems. Tons of guilds seem to be recruiting lately, and not too picky about taking on people still leveling at this point.

I would laugh in any healer's face that app'd to me without heroic and nax10 gear and thats if they were one of the currently one class that I'd actually recruit right now.

We probably could run naxx and sartherion (non 3drake) with 5 healers, and 6 for malygos, if I weren't concerned with getting douchebags like ShrikeT(<3) playtime.

Of course, I'm sure Ulduar will require 6-7 and the next teir up 8-9 if they follow TBC convention so investing in good talent is pretty wise.

DK's are also a quite a hard class to play exceptionally well and are expected to top damage.

I hate DK tanks because most of them don't know how to use their damage mitigation abilities and it's like you're healing a rogue. The couple I've grouped with that have been good though were very good. They do a fuckton of damage and never lose aggro. Very OP class in the proper hands.

As I side note, coming from a class where PVE = press "2" until you run out of mana, healing is very fun.

Um, not exactly. PvE still wasn't that hard (show me a melee class that was) but there were more things to keep up with in your rotation.

Now, judgment of the crusader AND judgment of light are applied whenever you judge, you don't have to worry about mana constraints at all (comparatively), and seals are up for 2 minutes allowing you to judge whenever you want. The only thing that makes it any harder is that CS doesn't refresh judgments.

Plus rets who knew how to twist SoB and SoC had to mix that in to the mix prior to wotlk with their spell rotation that was harder to get a flow with than most dps classes (due to the fact that to do any sort of damage you had to get you shit tight).

Ret is now a very simple rotation and you can spam the fuck out of whatever you like do to judgments of the wise. It's more like a rogue pounding 2 now.
