Harder to throw, but harder for their running backs to make quick changes of direction on the ground too. The gameplan on defense should be pretty straightforward, load the box on 1st and 2nd down, force Wimbush to convert long 3rd downs through the air. The key will be to stay disciplined on the backend to not allow big plays. I think if we do that and avoid costly turnovers, it'll be a W.

winbush can make long, accurate throws, and can also avoid sacks and spin away. they lost to uga because of 2 strip sacks but other than that he has been flawless

theres also a good chamce uga has a better faster dline than us

That said watching any game at C-F, short of like a national championship, sounds unappealing.

We've won every game as an underdog starting back with the 2016 UNC game.

As a State fan, we're used to slanted coverage against bigger programs, but I've never seen it like this. Everytime they cover this game, they put our graphic up, but then they just talk about if Notre Dame can make the playoffs, and they only mention us when they are listing Stanford Miami and NC State as the tough teams Notre Dame has left. I haven't seen a single program mention what this game means from our perspective, or heard any of our players mentioned by name.

37-20 ND if I had to take a guess. The important thing to remember is this game means nothing really other than if we feel like we have a legit shot at the playoff. The game next week is one of the most important games in a long time and at home so I have a much better feeling about that one.
