I am so glad we mortgaged our future for an undersized QB said no one ever.

This team is just poor at so many levels but it starts with the Owner who thinks he is Jerry Jones and Al Davis and he needs to stick to investing and put some competent people over the football team. Its clear Reich was not a good hire and that Fitterer is somehow worse than Marty Hurney and George Siefert combined

Bryce seems like a good person, but he is not an NFL QB.

I don't know what you do at HC, but Frank ain't it. Do you give Everjo the interim job and see what he does.

Bryce has not shown flashes and part of that may be personnel. I don't think he would be a success in any franchise hes just not an NFL QB. I don't even think sitting on the sidelines and letting Dalton take reps is going to help him, but Dalton gives your offense the best chance to win games.

If they fire Reich mid-season, I think promoting Evero to HC would make the most sense. Then he can lead the team to a respectable finish so that Tepper can show him the door a la Wilks.

Reich has fucked over this offense so much. I don't think it's fair to judge any player on that side of the ball based on this season. He had young offensive linemen, so what does he do? Completely change the blocking scheme and suddenly no one can run or pass block. Not sure why as an owner/GM you would hire a coach who is going to do that after putting significant draft investment in the OL previously. Just incredibly poor decision making from the owner on down.

Wasn’t all the talk this offseason about how great of a staff that was assembled? Reich is justifiably taking the brunt of the heat but we were being praised as having the best assistant coaching setup for a rookie QB. I’m definitely not a Reich apologist but there has to be a lot of blame going around the entire staff.

I just feel so defeated with all the holes in the team (players and coaches) and virtually no help in sight. Best thing we could hope for is to trade away Burns but even that won’t net us a great pick. I grew up a Browns fan and I at least had hope that they’d be able to fix the team “next year”, but for us we’re looking at half a decade to fix this team.
