still is retarded, are they removing ALL titles then or just pvp titles? I thought it was a good option to have a title you held for a season, makes sense...but I'd think by now a grandfather clause for vanilla titles would be in effect, the whole point for wanting to keep these old titles was that "bang-head-against-wall" aspect they provided. 99% of the time spent playing this game is to obtain a larger e-peen...achieving General, while time consuming, really wasn't overtly difficult, but did consume a large amount of time. Just like my time spent getting tangible items, I view my "title" as the same. I don't play nor plan on ever returning, but I still bitch.

I've been in epidemic for like 3 years on my priest. Did some attempts on LK25 never got him.

Got really casual during the past couple of months, playing my resto shaman and they merged with cyno. I didn't go - just couldn't commit to a 5+ day a week raid schedule anymore.

We're 11/12 Heroic now.

With the recent buff, H PP is just stupid easy. The only hard part was the soft enrage reached when only using 3 tanks in P3.

I'm considering taking a break because my guild decided to give the 2nd Shadowmorne to another DK instead of me (I'm fury warrior). Might sell account because Cata doesn't look too exciting.

Lok Tar is 4 nights a week, but I'm swinging 3 nights a week. Starts 8:15-8:30, ends at midnight (last night ended at 10:30 cause we had no more bosses to kill ).

But holy shit, I was killing more bosses in PuGs on Altar of Storms than in guild runs on Farstriders.

Deathwhisper Phase1 or 2? It took us 2 hours to learn that. Pretty much 90% of the wipes if P1 didn't disintegrate was watch the fucking ghost oh you didn't again good job.

Anyone on LK? Is there a sane way to position for the shadow traps?

Yep, it's the ghosts. We've never failed phase 1.
Watch out for the motherfucking ghosts. Don't listen to DBM. I think we're going to force people to disable DBM for this fight.

Just gotta keep practicing. We were taking ghosts over and over and over again, then one try everything clicked.

For placement we usually had a ranged group left, ranged right, healers entrance. The groups (tried) to spread out along their side, so even when ghosts hit people they don't annihilate the raid. The main clumps in danger of dying are the melee clumps when they do adds or the MT/melee interrupts. For those we let pretty much anyone announce ghosts and go apeshit on meter whores

Oh - do you do Phase1 on her platform? Our tanks randomly suck at grouping them

Yeah, Phase 1 is up on the platform. Pretty much everyone that can CC does when Mind Controls go out and we fuck up the adds. There's usually plenty of time between add waves for boss dps as long stupid shit doesn't happen like 7 deformed fanatics in a row.

We were dragging her ass all the way back to the stairs for phase 2 so we were spreading out, but you're right it's mostly the melee or people moving back and forth between add groups getting gibbed. I think we'll get her next week with some more practice. We just were getting frustrated and took it out on heroic saurfang.

Good add and ghost control and then just saying "fuck the adds, just burn her down" at about 20% did the trick.

Putricide's easy. Probably the hardest thing to do is sadly Malleable goos. Sindragosa is just unfun, and don't even bother trying LK unless you have 5 Paladins who are on all the time. What a retarded fight.

Yeah, we're on H LK too. But had a big hiccup last night and got stuck on H LDW.

We put about 20 attempts on H LK last week and got into P2 like 4 times. Shit is redonkulous.

Hardest hardmodes seem to be:
1) H LK
2) H Sindy
3) H LDW

The rest are actually pretty easy. We 3 shot H PP after finally getting our first H Sindy. We had a group of 5-6 people manage the disease and the rest is just how big can you DPS.

Got our 10 and 25 man drakes, too.

All this and we're fucking up on H LDW this week. Big time disappointment. We have Pheonix running so it tattles on who gets hit by a ghost and one guy got hit by 5 ghosts in one attempt. How braindead can you be?

same. i finally found a battlegroup (shadowburn) where alliance win 50%+ of the time. all i do is pvp now. horde outnumber us 3:1 (maelstrom realm) but the tenacity in WG is fun, and i dont care about world pvp anyway.

My server is the same way... I go into WG with 3-5 stacks of tenacity and 1-2 shot kids..... It's so fun.. My PvE gear is pretty ballin'.... I still actually raid. 2 piece heroic sanct... double heroic cryptmakers... about to be Shadowmorne in less than a month.... H DBW........ yeahhhhhhhh....

Just started getting back into Loremaster. I did 103 quests last weekend in Kalimdor. ~60 for each side until I'm done. Might try for PvP achievements afterwards.

How the hell as a resto druid do I deal with arms warriors? 6/10 of the teams we faced last night were arms/resto druid and it was the biggest pain in the ass. My partner is ret. I've tried root/cyclone kiting them, but that isn't always viable.

I play an arms warrior. Basically you have to just keep trying to root them, or run away from them. If you keep kiting/running, they'll blow both charge and intercept trying to close in. Once both of them are down, they are basically screwed for a little bit unless they saved pvp trinket or every man for himself. If you just stack hots on yourself, unless they have a lucky crit chain, it will outheal their damage. Whenever i fight against them, i end up trying this - MS - bladestorm - fear, and then we both double team the druid. So basically you have to evade them during their cooldowns and then exploit them once they are vulnerable.

Yeah.. I play arms in PvP as well and I wonder how the hell to kill resto druids sometime.

The best ones I've faced have kept me rooted or cycloned the entire time. To avoid DR, they would HoT themselves up as I was coming out of a cyclone, let me charge in and MS them, then root me and kitty away. Rinse and repeat over and over again and you can kite for a while. The only way I could beat them was when my pro pally healer would help slow down the kiting.

LoS doesn't really help that much because you cannot CC me then and it lets me get close. If I get close and you don't have nature's grasp and my healer is watching for interrupts on cyclone/roots, it might be GG for you.

You obviously don't know me, 1 am to me is like 3 pm to most people. I haven't really been playing for a while but I just saw my account was going to renew for a 3 month block in a couple days. Whether I'll be back or not, I don't know. I pretty much hated all of Wrath after Naxx and only kept playing for the people, now everyone that kept me in the game has either quit or turned into a douche that I don't care to be around.

I've got a vent server and will probably have a website soon. I'm creating a guild strictly for rated bgs. The plan is to practice and create strats a few nights per week until we have a solid crew for xpac. The team will be horde and preferably on a pvp server with a good population to field extras for AV and such. Anyone have a suggestion on server, or want to get in on this?
