but back to feeling more alive. one thing...now im a stickler so im sure im being stupid about this...but one thing i always think is weird in the game is that besides the sparse measley vendors and then the guards there arent hardly any ppl besides player characters (not creatures i mean ppl from the actual races in the game). like 90% of the ppl in the world of warriors. not a "Warrior" the class but you know what i mean. there should be more "civilians" and caravans and random stuff like that walking down the paths. they can make a bunch of non attackable civilans tho. ppl that just add to the feel of the game and make it feel more alive.

random weather affects are a MUST too..im really waiting for this

This is gonna get a lot more people PVPing. One of the biggest gripes people had was that you not only had to PVP all day to get the high ranks and cool gear, you had to PVP all the time to keep it. Now you can just get the rank with the items you want and then call it quits if you want. Makes PVPing much more rewarding.

FUCK YES, THANK GOD

I got to rank 9 in no time without the help of BG, now that BG is released it's impossible to find any alliance cause they're either in IF playing catch with happy fun rocks or the 40 that actually pvp are getting murdered in AV and WSG

Blizz seriously needs to allow alliance from highly populated alliance servers to move to this one. At times our 60:60 ration is 3.5:1 in favor of the horde. I'd gladly move to a lower populated horde server if given the chance.

^^^^ yea they will. also it still takes a LOTTTT to get up there. i know friends that PVP nonstop and have tens and tens of thousands of CP and a crapload of HK and are still only halfway up. they havent even had a legitimate top rank. they had a few but it was a bug..and oh what a bug that would have been if it happened after this patch! unfortunately the ppl that got that rank 2 weeks ago just had to sell the stuff back to the vendor for less when the bug was fixed

^^ then again your experience with PVP ranks was a lot easier apparently..then again im assuming thats wht a 60 character who given the same pvp performance as even a 50 will get rewarded more

^ and yea im sure they get tons of suggestions but i guess its worth a shot. i would just like the world to seem more alive overall and not just destitute with warriors and beasts

Not necessarily true. The bare gold requirements on the quests total 350g plus the 1g or so for the enriched manna biscuits; on the high likelihood that you have mining, you can farm the arcane crystals for the 6 arcanite yourself. While doing that you may well get the arcanite diamond you need, and runecloth is easy to get. So if you have a bit of patience and get lucky on a pristine black diamond (acknowledged, this is the really tricky part that makes or breaks the deal), you can do it for under 500g without a problem, even if you buy the arthas' tears and a few of the arcanite. In the meantime, you've gotten a hella lot of thorium while trying to get the arcane crystals.

True... if you get really lucky and are extremely patient you can do that. However I've been mining thorium for a while now and have only run across 2 arcane crystals so far. Never seen an Arcanite Diamond drop, and I've only seen one PBD drop and of course when that happens all 20 pallies in the group want it (for obvious reasons).

Now if you're the impatient type, you've got the 350g for the base, plus the 1g for the biscuits. Then you've got 16-20g for each Crystal, I'm not sure how much those diamonds go for, and anywhere from 800-1000g for the PBD. And everyone usually has a ton of runecloth by that time so that's not really that big of deal.

Needless to say, I'll stick with paying 800g for my Epic and riding circles around that poor pally who's been looking for a PBD for the past 3 months.

I am very surprised at how im not getting bored with this game. Its definately a more laid back and causual gamers MMO. Theres no way I am going to see the high end content like Ragnaros or any of that simply because I dont game like that.

I WILL get a character to lvl 60 though, thats my goal for this game

The high end content is such an incredible time sink. Back in the early days newb zones were constantly griefed because of bored lvl 60s. With battlegrounds, it seems that has somewhat subsided.

I had a level 60 months ago and I work full time And it was a fucking druid, hardest to level. But I basically played non-stop while I was out of work. Back when the Wildheart set was the rage for druids.. now its cenarion which involves days of MC raids.

I have a lvl 13 druid. she is just now in Auberdine in Darkshore. I havent played her in weeks favoring my warlock, warrior, or paladin.

I even started a Tauren Shaman who was beginning to be fun to play at lvl 11 but I havent touched him in weeks either.

Desolace is only good till the mid 30s.

For 40s I'd suggest Hinterlands, the southern most desert in kalimidor (forget the zone name, its been a while), the area where feathermoon stronghold is (I forget the name), and stv.

Desert = Tanaris

Feathermoon place = Ferelas

Also, the Badlands and Searing Gorge are good too.

My favorite zones remain Ashenvale and Un'goro crater. Un'goro was just awesome, and that Linkin quest was a great Zelda quest.

Ashenvale is definatley beautiful.

I think my favorite so far is Westfal followed by duskwood. Darkshire is just too cool of a town.

favorite city is Stormwind. The music there and the layout is just cool as hell.
