The gold dupe had something to do with giving your gold/items to someone else, zoning into Mauradon, and then being kicked out. Your character would be rolled back to what it was before giving all your stuff away. So being able to double your gold every 30 seconds over the past few days adds up really fucking fast.

If they were knowingly exploiting something like that forget 3 months thats perm ban no hesitation and def. ip ban as well. Blizzard is hardcore about keeping this game clean and free of cheaters even if you are on a grey line of what could be considered cheating you risk getting a ban. Gold duping is one of the worst possible exploits in games like this because as said if you can dupe that much that quick you could easily ruin a complete server in a matter of days. Wouldnt be surprised to see a rollback on any server that had that happen which would really suck for everyone

Not entirely sure what you're asking there... I mean, we've been spawning ragnaros since... May? I dunno exactly. Timewise... my group usually kills Luci - Golemagg on Monday nights (the bastards... I have karate then and can rarely come... no loot for me...) and I guess that's taking oh, 5, maybe 6 hrs to do now... can't say for sure, I haven't been on a full clear in a long time. Domo and Rag we usually do on Wednesdays, but I guess people decided to do it on a Tuesday (which we usually avoid since servers are often screwier than normal) last night. I missed the Domo kill since I was babysitting... and then I and 3 others had an awful time zoning in, we kept not going into the raid's saved instance... but eventually it worked, and we killed Rag on attempt #3 tonight. 46%, 9%, successful. We did have to reclear between the 1st and 2nd attempts... the rogue with jumper cables is not always successful... but we did get the Earthfury Bracers and some Lava/Firey Cores out of that, which is good.

I think last night they probably got started around 8, 8:30 eastern to kill Domo, and Rag went down around 1...

Some guild on my old server can do a full MC clear in 4 hours including ragnoros. They were an ubar guild in EQ so that should say something.

I think my group could clear MC faster... we're just all kind of ADD. We've survived some pretty crazy pulls... a lava surger, a core hound, a giant/destroyer pair all at once, then throw in another dog as an add... it was crazy, but most of us survived. Whew! Our leader was like... "Don't do that! Ever again!" but about half of us are going... "Hey, that was actually challenging, kind of fun... can we do it again?"

But yeah... we get slowed down by goofing off, people joking around on TS or messing around with the other MC groups in /1 .

Though I am still having fun raiding, I'm just not as crazy about WoW as I used to be. KUG goes so often when I just can't, so I get frustrated about that... I'm going to renew my subscription again, but I think I may let it run out for a couple of days, then go on my vacation, then actually renew it when I get back... that way I won't pay for a week in which I might have played... once.

woo! our guild alliance took down luci with 32 people from 6 different guilds. i got my cenarion boots!! taking luci down on the first try with that many people from that many guilds, most of which haven't completed their blue set, is a big accomplishment. this is the 4th luci defeat, but we haven't had enough tranq shots to have a chance at mag yet, if all 4 of our guys get on that have tranq tonite, we are gonna attempt it

while the chance to be resurected is nice, it's only 2%, it's not worth replacing my current trinkets, and you can't equip it in combat for hopeful wipe prevention... when you wear it you have to be expecting to die.... when you could be using that slot for a beneficial trinket that might prevent dying... but i am sure there are very good uses, but not worth the prices they are going for on my server.

^ The faire comes at the first of each month but the cards are world drops that you can buy ahead of time.

^^10%, and I am mainly thinking of using it to learn new BWL encounters (I am a priest). The choices available for priest trinkets are pretty crappy so this is just about as good as anything.

Instant rez would just... suck in a lot of cases. I mean, things would get expensive if this trinket kept forcing you to rez under monsters...

Oh -- and Onyxia is more fun when everyone is under the effect of savory deviate delight! I'm the abnormally large female pirate with the Lava Dredger... (yay firewater)

It is a soulstone res box as far as I know (so yeah you will get an option whether or not you want to resurrect)

^ That is an awesome picture. Onyxia and Molten Core get so boring sometimes. Everyone in my guild has started using deviate delights too because it is one of the only ways to make them more interesting.

^ Most servers they are averaging about 50g each on the auction house. That is for the two through the eight. The ace of each deck is a drop from a specific boss in scholo/strath/UBRS/etc. For example my Ace dropped from Headmaster Gandling in scholomance. The ace is really the only one you can farm, I bought all of the rest of mine.
