Uh, trust me, no one who has been raiding with us for any significant amount of time has any right to complain when it comes to loot. We are all pretty fucking stacked. The people who have only gone on a handfull of raids and not gotten anything but DKP, well, they also have nothing to complain about because they havn't invested nearly the amount of time as the rest of us have. You can't join a guild that's been raiding for months and expect to just be handed loot for showing up and smiling.

I agree, it was pretty shit timing. I'll admit I wasn't really all that hot on the idea, especially right after we killed Rag, everyone was pretty happy the way things were. It has gone over a lot smoother than I anticipated though, everyone pretty much just figured it wouldn't help anything to start drama I guess. I just hope this is finally the end of it, no more guild merges, changes, splits, etc.... Politics and drama in video games is just irritating as hell.

how is the process of changing servers with a character? is it limited in how many times you can do it? or do they penalize you by making it take a couple days to go through, or what? i'm on a server with a couple friends, but i'd change servers to join a tww guild. at the same time, i'm not sure those other friends would want to tag along, and i dont really want to abandon them

I'm going to try and start a horde guild on Gurubashi for TWWers. PM me with your character name/level/class/details/etc... and we'll see if we can set it up. I think that it will be fun. Gurubashi is a fairly new server, so I suspect that most people will be fairly low level starting off. I just started my character yesterday.

^^ you cant move a character from one server to another.

They have special times when they let you sign up to move from a higher population server to a lower, but they decided where you move.

You can create 8 characters per server, so thats over 800 characters possibly. There is no penalty for switching servers and creating new characters.

stein: i hope you werent implying that i am a paladin. its pretty easy to see that my character is an elf. (elves cant be paladins)

also... the fact that i am carrying a big ass axe and wearing mail armor tells you that i am not a rogue that can just stealth my way to thrall's throne room.

plus my character is level 46, if you can solo your way (without stealth) through the capital city of ogrimmar where the lvl 60 elite npc's immediately attack you, be my guest. id love to see it.

It pisses me off that there's no real faction vs faction PVP in WoW.

BG is great and all, but waiting 30mins-2hrs in que (christ) to play another guild for the sole purpose of gaining honor rank is a little pointless.

There's no overall sense of war, which there should be, and there definitely isn't an worldwide storyline tying the faction bosses together.

You would think that with 4 million subscribers, Blizzard could afford to hire more GM's to play as faction leaders and create interesting storylines but thats not the case as of yet.
