its disgusting and nasty. if you can only afford 400 a month, get a roomate man.

^out of these three: kensington, westgrove towers, and mission valley, where would u live

i really want a one bedroom or studio

saw an old sober post where he said pine knoll, but they recently renovated and are like 500 a month

idk, i thought about making a "i need a roomate" thread in classifieds, but i figured some lame tww alias would try and fuck it up, or just the simple fact that i'd be living with some random doesnt sound too appealing

idk what i'm gonna do

When I lived in Mission Valley Gardens (the part of Mission Valley Apts actually in the shopping center) it was brand new and very nice.

THat was like 4 -4.5 years ago or something like that.. they were fairly nice at the time, but I don't know if they've been ghetto-fied yet.

Kensington had a decent showroom, but then they tried to stick you in this dumpy old section of the apartments that were basically crap. Westgrove just looks sketch... I've never gotten close though except the park and ride lot.

yeah westgrove is where my mom thinks i should stay cause shes like if u get a one bedroom, why not live in a studio...she thinks a regular apartment is more space than i need(basically comes down to money)

mission valley seems cheap and everything, but part of me would hate not being able to park outside my apartment and just walk in like most places

i'd say right now i'm down to kensington and mission valley- probably 70 percent leaning toward kensington, and 30 percent mission valley

honestly i'd probably live at ivy commons if they didnt have that god awful waiting list, and it came with more shit(kensington and mission valley come with like free internet or other things, while ivy commons just comes with a better neighborhood)
