What the fuck goes through a kids head in a situation like this? I mean I could understand getting into a little trouble here and there but you're the fucking son of a god damn ledgend in north carolina. Sidney has to have more than enough money from his NBA days and he's making close to a mil here, and on his way to being great and that dumbass goes fucking does something like this.

I dont know what kind of parents Sidney and his wife are, but jesus, this is bad. Sidney doesnt seem like the type of guy that would let his kid get in that situation but if he's 20 years old and been away from home for 2 years I guess you never know. If people start making a big deal about this it could seriously hurt recruiting if people are trusting their kids to Sidney for the next 4 years. This kid really fucked up. I feel bad for Sidney and I hope he does what is necessary to fix whatever problems his kid has. This is terrible.

sidney prolly was hard on him and didnt give him money. prolly wanted him to play ball and the kid never wanted to play ball so sidney was just ashamed of him all his life and the kid felt unloved so he turned to big T who was the first person that actually made him feel needed in life.

I just wonder how someone gets like this. I feel like this happens a lot with children of high profile people. I mean maybe Sidney isnt a household name, but he's still an NBA head coach, a former NBA player, and he's got lots of money in all likelihood. Kid probably just thinks he's a badass and can get away with anything, and he made some terrible decisions.

It probably has nothing to do with Sidney's parenting ability, but people will try to say that. Sometimes you just cant do anything about it.

They just reported that he rode away from the campus in the car with the suspect.... at this point they're not sure his involvement, but it looks like he was just in the car at the time of the arrest.
