I had my car stolen and wrecked in april, in July my new car was parked next to a tree that was hit by lightning and blew the windows out.

unfortunately they never caught the car thief, even considered me a suspect despite the guy that was hit claiming it was a large black male, and I can't send an insurance company after God to pay for my windows.

Quit bitching and stay on top of your insurance agency.

That would be negatory, only bike I could get together on short notice has a salvage title so it's liability only.

At least you had 3 months between. I still haven't gotten the first bike taken care of and people are already trying to trash the next one.

if this check is from the insurance company, that would go back to staying on top of your agent.

it's a shitty situation, but there's nothing that coming up here is going to help, and in my experience neither is going to the police. I swear the guy was seen in the middle of the day by the man who was hit, and hit the guy going about 45, and they could not find any evidence of someone strange being in the car. Then have the nerve to call me in for a polygraph to make sure I haden't hit the guy.
