I do not know what the fucking problem but some of my nearby townhouse neighbors (one is two doors to my right; the other is a couple
houses diagonally to my left) have increasingly been double parking in their parking spots with the intention of taking up a visitor parking
space. "Coincedently" these neighbors have been of similar ethnicities

What are these peoples fucking problem. These are not their personnal parking spaces as they would than have their address
on them nor are they their "private" visitor spaces. Otherwise my unit would have 0 visitor spaces and the nice lady across the street
would have 3. Every unit gets two assigned spaces and than there are randomly distributed vistor spaces around the complex.

I have two roommates so one of us will always be parking in a visitor spot. Usually there are others closer by than the ones
being wasted by the selfish neighbors but it is still infuriating that some people have such selfishness / disrespect towards
other in the community.

In my opinion they are just asking for their cars to get fucked with. If they are so concerned about someone dinking their car or if they
want their own private visitor parking than perhaps they should be buying a house with the money they current use to lease their
cadillac or put chrome spinners on their 92 chevy cavalier.

I wonder if i can annoymously call a tow truck to tow them for being double park? Surely this is against the home owner association rules...

Guess the person living there or their visitor did not feel like being burdoned of having to walk 40 ft from a visitor space so they parked directly behind the car in the parking space; having the ass of the car hanging in the middle of teh street.

Not that that's a good idea. Vandalism/destruction of property could land you in jail at a time when you are unlikely to find employment after you finish your sentence, so perhaps being passive aggressive is in order.

And yeah... We have had bad parking at my apartment complex as well. We had some hispanic neighbors who didn't go to state who had at least four people living in one place (it would be very cramped living conditions for them, I don't know how they could stand it) and they had at least four cars in the lot, often five or six when visitors came over (some had kids). They have since moved out and have probably moved far away from here. They threw away all their possessions that they couldn't fit in their cars into a dumpster and left. The parking situation since has had no problems since we aren't fighting to steal each other's spots because these guys kept taking ours or our neighbor's spots.

People will just be inconsiderate on parking as long as they can get away with it. I understand why people do it, but I still think it's wrong and irresponsible. My best advice would be for you to move somewhere that you don't have to deal with this crap any more if you can. When you aren't dealing with petty crap all the time at your apartment/home, your life can become a lot less stressful.

Just contact management. They sound like dicks. This sounds like a case where it would be worthwhile to let a person with actual authority deal with it. They have an incentive to keep their tenants happy and more than likely the rest of the building feels the way you do.

Given that I was not inconvienced by this behavior due my spot and closer "visitor" spots being avaliable I felt no reason to go "looking for a fight". I just felt this was incredibly inconsdierate and a very dick move for these peoples adjacent neighbors who may want to park here. UPDATE: Turns out some white trash looking girl with an old mustang is just as guilty as her neighbor who is the african American couple that i bitched about above in taking up her own space along with the visitor space. I Saw her do it a couple times the last few weeks. At least the black couple has a nice looking Cadillac along with a 4-5 year old lexus

So my roommate managed to park in the visitor space in while both households were gone earlier today. About an hour ago though he left to get food down the street. Within the 30 mins he was gone apparently that cunt saw him gone, was motivated enough to walk out in the rain, and repark her POS 1998 mustang to occupy the visitor spot so that no one could park there without taking up the resident spot of the black neighbors who are gone.

This is honestly mind blowing. All along i figured it was merely a case of inconsideration where either household was simply inconsiderate/selfish and went ahead to take park half way in the visitor space as they drove home. I just can not believe this woman maliciously went back out just to move her car again to prevent someone from parking there.

I had a plan to write a fake note from the "home owners association" requesting her to not double park in the visitor space since they were receiving complaints and putting this on her along with the black folks windshield one night; signing it by a random name.

After tonight though this would be to nice. This mustang bitch needs to be taught a lesson...

As a minor update on my rant about parking here, the HOA has asked me to speak at an upcoming meeting about some of the issues this complex has been having. They don't want wilson property management managing the Avery Close Condominiums any more and are trying to push across several points to change this place so we don't have to put up with some of the shit that makes this place much worse than it should be. Items on the agenda include limiting the number of residents per apartment, making parking permitted but not assigned, improving lighting in parts of the complex, change the type of person the place is targeted towards and rented to (i.e. a quieter, more professional group so the people here who have to be asshats can go to wolf village or something), and work on keeping this place in somewhat better repair (i.e. hire a maid to clean the laundry room periodically, enforce the condo rules so the place doesn't get trashy, kick WPM out of the club house if we change management companies and give this place a clubhouse for its residents).

Could be really fucking cool to switch management companies and to make some proper changes around here.
