It was Porsche guys who organize it so the wannabe Porsche guys show up.
There will be a hand full of "low end super cars" a about 20 classics, vettes and mustangs out the yin yang.
A couple Camaros last time I was there there was a 454 lsx as trail blazer usually a pantera or two shows up.
Some one with a tubbed out big block A-body with atleast 2 kits of N2O will be there.

There will be a mustang and something else with a pro charger f series that may actually give the a body a run for its money. A few subarus and the Mercedes dealership usually brings something to look at.

Ohh and 5-10 vipers.

Actually dr.p there was a really sweet p pumped 91ish ram that was a cool mint green last time I went.

There are some rat rods, a bunch of 5-10k vws subarus have a decent showing.

I mean bring your shit if you think someone wants to look at it park in those lots if not park across the st.

^^Ass ton of Challengers & Mustangs & Corvettes out there Saturday. Ditto a bunch of Shelby Cobra replicas (at least 8-9, all showed up together too). Some really nice American muscle though - 1970 GTO convertible, 1968 Firebird 400 convertible. Also was an all original 1972 Porsche 911 on hand. Other highlights were 2 orange Viper TAs. They seem to show up at every show, but with only 166 TAs made they're still incredibly rare in the grand scheme of things.

Oddly enough this is the 2nd C&C in a row I've been to where I'm the only Cayman.

I went for a little while this morning. Observation, tons of high school age kids that seem to think they know everything about every car. Big Corvette showing. I'm personally not a fan of the layout in Cary.

^Sssssh, don't mention anything illegal in here. All in all it was rather boring, but now I've went and seen what all the hype is about. I went alone so I'm sure that was part of the problem. I'll be at the next one at Raleigh Grande since its 5 mins from my place. But I won't be back at Cary for a while.



Best thing about going over there was finding out that there's a tazikis in that shopping center. BEST MEDITERRANEAN FOOD I'VE EVER HAD.

Are they worthy of going somewhere to look at? Mehh unless heavily modified, a gt500 or older than 1971 then nope I could care less.. But the hatred is miss placed. Just cause you'd rather have the status of a bimmer or Porsche.... They really shouldn't be worth your hatred either. I look at most mustangs the same way I've looked at mid 90s civics. Most are completely ignored a lot are modified by tasteless individuals but a few are modified in a manner that I believe deserves some respect.
