^^It’s greatest value will be, if/when more indictments or a “Mueller Report” drop, we’ll have ample sound bites to throw in Meadows/Jordan face.

Again, Fuck Meadows. I know this isn’t some new opinion, but he has to have more skin in the game protecting Trump than toeing the party line or wanting to get re-elected in his district. My burning hatred of him is becoming a bit of an obsession.

Seems like trump’s plan for North Korea is basically to let them nuclearize in exchange for normalized relationship (trade, poltical). Basically exactly what NK has always wanted.

This sort of fits with the trump doctrine of a multipolar world. It also seems like South Korea is willing to tolerate a nuclear North Korea with the hope they can exert influence over NK and it can put reunification on the table a few decades down the road.

^ i haven't had a chance to follow that news yet...so you're saying it's basically "we'll give you want you want, as long as you do the other things that you want to do?"

Even by the standards of the shittiest "master negotiator", that seems ridiculous.

Seems like the biggest thing they want is a seat at the big boys table, which Trump is more than happy to give them, because he loves dictators.

^^ just in the past 10 minutes it's being reported the talks not going well. Signing ceremony possibly not happening. Press conf moved up 2 hrs. They skipped a planned lunch.

Earlier today i saw the US dropped demands for NK to provide a full account of nuclear materials. SK has been saying for a while they don't need denuclearization.

Trump seems to be looking for anything to say he's "solved" the NK issues, but non-proliferation doesn't seem to be part of the Trump strategy.

It’d probably be better if we had a business man who has experience doing deals and not a low-rent Kardashian type celebrity.

It actually wouldn’t be any better, but might be less embarrassing.

my guess is this is the entire point. they'll use this as a means to bring in other people named during questioning and to create investigations around existing allegations. since it was a public hearing, they'll be able to release any comments that support cause for an investigation, without requiring them to have the whole national security song and dance.

Waiting for Republicans to complain about the expense of Trump's trip to Vietnam so he could get played by a 35 year old dictator.

They are too busy complaining about the cost of Muellers witch hunt, that is tearing our country apart, and the cost of yesterday’s hearing with the zero credibility known liar Cohen.

On social media, they're praising Trump for standing his ground, saying that democrat would have caved to NK's demands, praising Trump for meeting with Kim and criticizing OBama for refusing to meet with him (although we all saw the faux outrage on Fox and from it's viewers when Obama even considered talking to a dictator).

They gave Obama so much shit for achieving a comprehensive and verifiable denuclearization deal with Iran, during which he never met with their leaders or even said nice things about them, while giving up absolutely nothing but a pittance in cash. Meanwhile, Trump is praised for offering to give up our entire military presence on the peninsula with his tongue firmly planted up Kim's ass.

Lol at Trumps twitter feed this morning.

Dude simply will not be able to handle any oversight. This deep dive into his obviously fraudulent history is going to be something else.

Finally, the rest of the country will understand what anyone from the Tri-State area has known since the 80s...

Trump admin's foreign policy doesn't make any sense... they loosen restrictions on Russia, Saudi Arabia, North Korea, they tighten them on Cuba and Iran, they alienate all the Europeans and Canada. Is there a trend i'm missing or are is there just no organization here?

Lots of new news on perjury and obstruction allegations against trump the past 2 days that haven’t been much reported on. I’m presuming as more info comes out this should be much bigger news.

What a strange coincidence that the founder of the day spa where Robert Kraft was arrested for soliciting prostitution had been invited to attend the president's Super Bowl party at Mar-a-Lago.

Trump’s budget is out today.

As always, remember that he probably has no clue what is in it, the worst parts of it will never be in the budget that’s passed and he’ll spend more time shitposting on twitter than lobbying Congress to pass it.

While I don't necessarily agree with this assessment, if this change were to occur in 2020, the timing would be interesting; daylight saving time would typically end two days before election day.

If the change were to occur this year, I'm not sure that the impact of a year-old/half-year-old non-existent change to voters' schedules would affect voters' decisions on the following election day; that, and I feel like people tend to dislike losing an hour in March and prefer gaining an hour in November.

If that's the best they got, Trump is fine. That's one of the weakest obstruction claims I've seen so far. It's far from, in the article's words, "undeniable."

I personally don’t give a shit about his McCain beef. McCain still voted with Trump 85% of the time.

I care far more that he spent his St Patrick’s day amplifying (via retweet) a Pizzagater, a QAnon believer and a guy who thinks New Zealand was a false flag. He is quite literally a crazy deranged fool. I’d blacklist him from my kids if he was their grandpa. He’s toxic.

https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/434643-deutsche-bank-loaned-over-2-billion-to-trump-report

Trump is not even a billionaire.

Deutche bank concluded a few years ago he was worth $788M and that was WITH his branding valued in there.

He inherited a business work almost $800M (supposedly, I guess i've never seen an analysis of this) from his dad (this was split between siblings) and received (including through fraudulent means) somewhere around $200-300M until his dad's passing.

Trump has basically been burning through is family's cash for decades now.

I don't feel like Twitter should be an official platform for anything. I don't have an account and I never will, and I despise it when organizations like the YMCA and others use it to push out updates about events. But this is the world we live in.

Having said that, I don't think a president should use Twitter to talk to the public. Trump supporters see it as a way to bypass "the liberal media." And to them that's ok.

But fine, whatever, the president uses Twitter. But think of how different things would be if it was used in a positive light. Like every morning the POTUS greeted the public with some kind of little inspirational tweet or tweets about what good things they'll be doing during their day.

Instead we get "LOSER" and "Rocketman."

positive won't win elections. negative is way more effective. we need to implement strategeries to reduce the damage the president can cause

I don't think it's bizarre from the perspective that I would expect someone with NPD to act in that way. It's an illness, he's reacting instinctively. I do find it bizarre how his behavior doesn't seem to lose him much support. I suppose it's no more than a typical cult at this point.

If "the liberal media" did apply some sort of filter to what Trump says it could only have the effect of making Trump look better.

Black unemployment has been doing significantly worse under trump, reversing a 9 yr steady decrease started under Obama. White unemployment has remained flat consistent with a “full unemployment” scenario perhaps.
