I've started to drink a lot more water lately, but I wanna make sure that I don't flush out the vitamins or electrolytes or whatever, so I've been adding some lime in.

I'm looking into yoga for flexibility, and some type of self defense training to know i could beat people up if i had to...but first I got to figure out how to manage not being so worn out from workOther than sodium my food choices are pretty good its just that I need to eat smaller portions and learn to live being a little hungry. I often eat a majority of my calories in the evening closer to bed. Find it difficult to sleep on an empty stomach
