i think most people are so biased against salisburyboy's viewpoints and history that you discard and overlook any evidence that he has changed. usually he only gets into flame wars, trolling, etc now when someone else drags him into it; the fact that someone inevitably does drag him into it by trolling him shouldn't reflect poorly on him, though. it's because other people are so biased against his viewpoints and history, etc... the cycle continues.

i actually went through about a month's worth of his posts at some point, just to check which side had more merit to their pro- or anti-salisburyboyism. i followed all his links, checked all the articles posted, etc., and lo and behold, most of what he says regarding his linking is true. the majority of prisonplanet.com links are simply archives of articles originally printed in reputable sources; that's just where he sees them first, so that's where he links them from. i wish i had kept statistics from it in a file somewhere, instead of just ticking things off on a sheet of paper, but it was quite enlightening. if people could somehow wipe their reputations and preconceptions of him clean, and stop automatically giving him shit any time he posts, you'd find that suddenly there would be much less of a "salisburyboy problem."

i'm convinced that the problem now comes from antagonism from others, not salisburyboy himself. if you can't get over him not even posting in other people's threads, then the problem lies with you. i don't think there's any reason why he should be suspended, and can't support anyone for mod who would suspend him out of hand, or try to further restrict him from what he's already agreed to with theDuke.

not that i support salisburyboy for mod. and i think that other than potentially suspending him, mcdanger would probably do a good job. but abonorio for MIT? no thanks on that, either.

I agree with that 100%. But the main reason these assholes want to become mod is so they suspend/terminate people who they don't like/agree with. I'm just going to jump in here for a second, and ask padowack why he thinks abonorio is gay. Doesn't make any sense to me. All I saw is that he has called Betheleigh a bitch multiple times, but I see no problem with that (even though I don't know enough about her to confirm such a claim, this is TWW so pretty much anything goes). Hell, I've called lots of girls bitches (cause they usually are), does that make me gay? I'm sure a whole lot of other guys have done the same, does that make them gay?
