most people over at kryptonsite seem to think the 3 crystal relics will point to the "fortress of solitude" where clark goes to learn all about the kryptonians...
remember lex said they would open something more powerful than the library of alexandria...

and according to them, black kryptonite was never in the comics...
gold kryptonite is what takes powers away permanently.

Smallville is definitely my favorite show again, thanks to the two HOTTEST guys on television, tom Welling and Jensen Ackles. I had to stop watching last year and tape it as much as possible b/c I had meetings then. But now, I will be glued to my TV at 8 on Wednesdays

I dont know who Jason Teague is supposed to be in the comics, but having Jensen cast in that role is just AWESOME!!

It sounded really familiar to me as well.

I couldn't find any Superman references, but Jason Teague is a running back for Michigan State University.
