So there's an article below summarizing an "annual report" from the White House on salaries. The "report" on the WH's report is somewhat flawed in how it analyzed the salary data, in that it doesn't compare male to female, job-for-job. It simply compares the median incomes of males to females, showing that women make approximately 18% less than men in the White House, so it doesn't necessarily tell the whole story.

Why I don't discredit the report entirely, is that the WH's push for equal pay (see http://www.whitehouse.gov/equal-pay) uses the "On average, full-time working women earn just 77 cents for every dollar a man earns" statement to claim that there's this huge problem afoot. Thus it becomes relevant to note that President himself contributes to this disparity, not only in the WH but in his '08 Senate staff.

What's worse (in my view) is that they add this to the Republican's "war on women" (like Biden did tonight) as if they're not guilty of it themselves.
