It's important to remind everyone about how ludicrously worthless the FISA courts are. In its entire existence of over 24 years, it has overseen at least 20,000 eavesdropping requests, and (as of 2011) only rejected 11 total requests. It's also ruled in secrecy, and all of the rulings are immediately classified, and no 4th amendment probable cause is necessary for a request.

So while everything that may or may not have happened was technically "above board," it's important to remind people how ridiculously low the board is.

Now, with that being said, it's amazing to know that Trump supposedly discovered this bombshell, and then started tweeting about Celebrity Apprentice twenty minutes later.
