His Assist/Turnover ratio is 10th in the league among team assist leaders. (He's barely ours) Not the worst, at least, but even most of those other players have something going for them...steals, for example. I'm surprised Cat only has 10 steals, btw. He's definitely a more valuable defender than what the stat line shows, but still.

*side note: somehow 40% of these guys still don't lead their teams in turnovers.

cat's turnover% isn't super high, but it's higher than most top PGs in todays game. that's still fine, as long as he's bringing something else to the table but he isn't. most of his assists come from the play we run to get turner open and, honestly, pretty much any guard can run that play. his biggest strength is getting to the line, which is dependent on the refs to actually make calls, and he's not even a knockdown FT shooter once he gets there so...

the biggest issue is that he can't shoot 3s. it would open the game up so much for him (allowing him to get to the basket more where's actually quite good for a small guard) if he was just a low 30s% shooter and it's crazy he isn't considering he came to school with a 16 footer. if ****ing kyle washington can add the 3 to his game in one year there's no excuse for a PG

What are the rules on a technical foul being called for fan actions? Or basically, is the home team responsible for all actions of fans, because in essence, they are permitting them to be that close to the court?

The funny thing is I remember him not being a bad 3 point shooter last season, it seems like he's terrified of taking them. Also, I question his ball handling skills now. It seems like he doesn't drive or less the lane is wide open. Even on fast breaks he won't use his speed to get to the rim if there's a defender within his vicinity.
