This movie was simply great. The dialogue was great...the philosophy of Spartan life was excellently played. The fighting scenes were awesome...Took parents to see it, and they loved it. Definately going into the collection.

That is outrageous. I would have thought with HD DVD the prices of regular DVDs would not go up.

They always have the special 2-disc sets. I used to get them but then I realized that I never really watched the extra content on the second set unless it was outtakes.

I really liked this movie. I may even say that I loved it.

But, at the same time, I gotta say I see what people mean when they say that this a movie that Hitler would love. An ethnically pure, militaristic society that values "freedom" is invaded by a hoard of dark-skinned, debased homosexuals led by Ru Paul. Brilliant!!!!
