It's definitely not authentic since I said it on page 7 (obviously kidding).

A damn good idea. By the time we hit conference play next year we should have a proven coach. I'm in favor.

Good idea. And I'm sure the players would also be in favor of learning 15 different offenses in the first month of the season.

^Exactly. It's a win-win. If knowing one offensive system is good, what's the harm in learning a few more?

We don't really even need a coach if we spend the $1 mil/year we're saving on pyrotechnics instead to pump up the team.

Can I get a list of bball teams currently with a coaching vacancy? I'm not sure what the point of this thread is otherwise.

I can't fathom why people think PinkandBlack's alias is remotely funny. He's not. At all. And never has been.

^ because we're NC State fans and there is a chance there are a few people who might actually want to talk about it instead of making a new thread for every pie in the sky coach they want to come here like last time.

Donovan wants to be king, which is why he'll come to State. He'd be #1 in Raleigh.

At Florida, he's no king. Will Muschamp is king there and he hasn't even won a game yet. Muschamp sits in his office all day and gets his dick sucked by some hot Florida co-ed with big tits while Donovan is forced to lick the nasty cunt of some 4-star recruit's mom with hopes that she'll make her punk kid sign with Florida.

It's really a no-brainer. State will pony up the money and be bound for glory.

I still think that Sid deserves some more time, especially since Herbie got it.

Also, by the way Texas is having another late season skid, maybee not getting barnes was a blessing.

"counting an overtime loss as a win isn't exactly helping your case

(which was a very weak one to begin with)"

I'm not counting a loss as a win. I realize I erroneously included it in the "wins" list. I thought that it was worth mentioning. I should have made it a sidenote, so it was easier for you to understand.

I'm not saying that competing with UNC/Duke each year is the only thing I care about when considering our next coach.

I'm only saying that if, for example, the media, asked Tubby about coaching in the Triangle and competing with UNC/Duke consistently (since that is what the media has declared is apparently an expectation of our fanbase), then he would say that he would be fine with it, seeing as how he has 6 wins against them in his career (out of 11 games). As opposed to some younger coaches who may shy away from the thought of stepping into such a situation.

What part of that is "weak" or that you don't agree with?

SFN declaring that the lawyers are already working on the exit agreement. Their track record for things like this is usually pretty good from what I remember. They were first to break Fowler firing too.

Quote :
"In the end, none of this subversive push for Sidney is going to matter. Both NC State’s and Coach Lowe’s lawyers have been engaged in negotiating the exit agreement for almost a month. Barring a late season miracle that may require more than winning the ACC Tournament, then we will all be moving into the next chapters our respective journeys next year. "

^^That makes me sigh in relief.

I've been a little worried recently that Yow might let him coach out his contract, he would squeak into the NCAAs next year with this talent loaded team, and we would be forced to give him an extension. Cutting our losses now (barring a miracle run in the ACC and NCAA tournaments) is the best possible solution.

Now we need to focus on keeping as many players and recruits as possible. Get to work Yow!!

"Pop-Tarts is a brand of rectangular, pre-baked toaster pastries made by the Kellogg Company. Pop-Tarts have a sugary filling sealed inside two layers of rectangular, thin pastry crust. Some varieties are frosted. Although sold pre-cooked, they are designed to be warmed inside a toaster. They are usually sold in pairs inside foil packages, and do not require refrigeration.

Popular flavors include chocolate, apple, frosted blueberry, frosted strawberry, frosted brown sugar cinnamon, cherry, and s'mores.

Pop-Tarts are Kellogg's most popular brand to date in the United States, with millions of Pop-Tarts sold each year. They are distributed mainly in the United States, but also in Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Pop-Tarts were discontinued in Australia in 2005 and are now found only in import stores."
