well on a board I'm on they're pointing out how if Lesnar was going to beat the Streak, it's absolutely dumb for him to have lost to Cena, and Hunter at Mania last year, in hindsight; the build for this match was hardly that good and Lesnar was presented as just another victim for how they booked it in spite of Heyman's best efforts in promos

Hunter and Stephanie came to the ring mid-match. Pulled out the ref, and they put in ref Scott Armstrong who was the ref that gave Bryan the fast-count title win over Orton that Hunter overturned the night after. Bryan kicked the ref out of the ring since it was no DQ. So ref, Hunter, and Stephanie are all together at ringside, and Bryan does a dive onto all 3 of them. Hunter and Stephanie after a minute were helped to the back.

C.M. Punk chants now.

Batista and Orton decided to work together to put Bryan through the announcer tables. So Batista got Bryan up for a Batista Bomb and as Bryan was coming down Orton would grab Bryan to do an RKO. Cool looking spot. Daniel Bryan is about to get carted out on a stretcher while Bryan is bleeding from his back after landing on a monitor from the looks of it.

After sleeping on it, I think having Lesnar end it was the right thing to do. Taker at Mania had become predictable. It was time to end it. The stories you can build off of this are stronger than just having Taker win.

Nobody believable enough to end it other than The Beast. He's a jackass and in many ways I hate it was him, but it was the right move. They just need to build off of it the right way...make him slay everyone in his path for the next year. Set up Bryan vs. Lesnar for WM31.

I don't see any way Daniel Bryan holds the title that long unless business skyrockets to Austin/Hogan levels.

Lesnar is the most logical heel for Bryan to lose the title too, and I think it'd be Summerslam. In the meantime, Bryan can work with Orton (who lost the title without getting pinned last night), maybe Batista, and Bray Wyatt (Wyatt pinned Bryan at the Rumble).

Faces as champs always lose steam unless they are Cena/Rock/Hogan, etc which I don't think Bryan will be.

I see Bryan losing the title before or at next PPV. Wouldn't be surprised if it is tonight.

The Hunter-Bryan match never started. After Bryan's entrance, Orton and Batista came to the ring and destroyed Bryan. Then Kane came to the ring and gave Bryan a choke slam. Then Hunter came down. Ref was reluctant but rang the bell. Hunter went to pick up Bryan but the Shield's music hit. Eventually all 6 were in the ring along with Hunter and Bryan down in the corner. Hunter said "this is not going to be a war". Then he turned around and Reigns speared him and it was on. Eventually Hunter was left surrounded by all Shield members. And as he got up ate a Daniel Bryan flying knee. Show went off the air with Bryan's music playing and Hunter outside saying "this is war!"

My guess is War Games with Bryan & the Shield vs. Evolution ex-Flair & Kane.
